Great Village Getaway For family & Friends

Property is located on the edge of downtown Ellicottville within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Holiday Valley is only minutes away by car. House is a well maintained older home with beautiful original woodwork and floors, with a nice kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The owners are right there on property in a separate house and were great to work with. Will stay there again if available in the future.

The house is beautiful and perfectly positioned between Ellicottville and Holiday Valley, all within walking distance; just a short drive to the casino.

My friends and I had such a relaxing getaway to this GORGEOUS, well stocked home. Everything you could want was already stocked and supplied by our host. The location was excellent- a very easy walk to town, shops, restaurants, and bars.

6 adult motorcyclists spent 3 nites. Ample parking. Gracious host and the cleanest most well supplied house. Great location with easy walking distance to town and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed our week in Ellicottville! The location of the home is great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and a quick drive to Holiday Valley. Very clean and all the supplies we could need. We especially enjoyed the available games for apre ski with our kids. I will definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and nicely done. I can imagine the yard and front porch awesome in the summer. We saw a lot of deer each day. Walkable to strip with all restaurants and shops. Went running and did the mountain coaster, it was great to go back to a house.

This was absolutely one of the best vacations we have ever had! We loved our stay! The house was very well equipped with absolutely everything needed. It was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. And the location was perfect!! It was in walking distance to the village and a short drive to the ski resort. This was a great place for our children to learn to ski! We will definitely be back!!

Great location. Easy walk into town. View of the ski hill. Wonderful backyard with covered patio. Well equipped. 10+. We will return.

Hike/Brewery

First the code that was for the door was given wrong! He called me as I was pulling in to tell me the code was incorrect, property owner lives in garage with camera pointing at the house! Then in the listing it didn’t say anything about only allowing three cars in the driveway just says no parking in yard. When we can back from the pool his wife. came out telling my friends they had to move there cars and she left a note on the porch. When I reached out he said it’s in the listing it is not anywhere in the listing or in the arrival instructions! Neighbor was beautiful, piece full and quite. Little walk to town great location!

We are three cousins that get together on a regular basis and every one of us could not have been more pleased will everything about this trip. We are looking to make this property our first choice when we meet next in the NY area

We had a great stay in this home. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Hosts were very responsive. Excellent location, we left the car and just walked a few minutes to the town. Loved the back porch, spent most of our time out there. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
