Stayed Dec 29, 2025Mitchell’s cabin is a great place to stay. This is our second time staying in here. He place had everything we needed to cook a meal and the house was tastefully decorated.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The house is very nicely decorated and well set up, more like a regular house and not so cabin themed like many others we looked at. The hosts communicated well when we asked questions. It was very quiet and only about 15-20 min away from Boone. I would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024A delightful home and hosts! We were visiting for the Doc and Rosa Lee Bluegrass Festival so it was a perfect location. It’s not far from some of the other city centers for daytime excursions. The house is well appointed and designed well! We all enjoyed our stay!
