Blue Moon Lodge, Beautiful Views, Hot Tub, Firepit, 15 Mins from Boone

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The lodge had everything from a well appointed kitchen to an outdoor hot tub.

Wife mentioned property was lovely and owner very nice and responsive!

We had a wonderful time while staying at the Blue Moon Lodge. The owner was very communicative & made sure we had everything we needed for a cozy stay. Loved the natural light coming from the windows & enjoyed scenic views from inside or from the large outdoor deck. Our family played several rounds of pool & made use of the hot tub too. The house was very clean & the beds were comfy too. The lot provided privacy & we felt safe. Easily made the drive to Boone & Blowing Rock a few times while in town. Thanks so much for this much needed family time! It was just what we needed!

Excellent stay! Beautiful property with beautiful views. Two full days of snow added to the enjoyment. The property owner was friendly and gracious. The only suggestions would be to replace the rocker recliner or repair its springs as it lays back much too far and somehow relocate the TV so it can be seen from all areas of the den.

This place is just incredible. Between the breathtaking views, the pool table, the hot tub, the porch with rockers where we read our books, the grill where we made amazing steaks, and closet full of games we could have never left the cabin! We did venture out to Hawksnest though where we spent part of the day snow tubing! What a great escape. Our Blue Moon hosts were so fantastic in making sure our stay was perfect!

We have stayed here at least a half dozen times. We love the property-the views, the fun hot tub, the comfy beds, the well stocked kitchen, and the hosts. We will be back!!

This was really one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in- if it's available for your dates, book it now, seriously. the views were incredible and are even better in real life. the cabin was adorable and perfect for our family of 5 (three young kids). thoughtful touches and very tidy/clean. we are very grateful we chose to stay here!

Wonderful views. Serene and beautiful. Owner was great to work with. We would stay here again. We celebrated our daughter’s Master Degree. Went to Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone and local restaurants. Great location.

We loved our stay in Blue Moon Lodge. The house was well stocked and decorated for the holidays. The hot tub was great and the house was clean. Everything worked. We loved the pool table and all the beds were comfortable.We will definitely consider staying again.

Check in very easy. Getting to property easy minus large washed out gully in drive way- definitely need larger truck/vehicle to go across to not drag. House was good inside. Had to run dishwasher couple of times with coffee mugs and frying pans to clean—- maybe cleaners thought dishwasher had been run or renters did not put in dishwasher cleaner. Hot tub had not been serviced. Crumbs in lazy susans. Left a day early. It was okay . Will not return. I will say owner quick to respond but I am queen of cleanliness and will not send every tiny issue to owner as it is their property and they maintain to their standards.

This house was a beautiful place to stay as we dropped our daughter off at App State. You feel like you’re miles away in the country and yet only 5 min to downtown Boone and all the amenities you need. Views were gorgeous, house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed! We will be back again

Very easy check in. Cabin is very neat and clean. The views are amazing. If you want to just relax this is the place for you. There’s plenty to do all around. Has an amazing time with our family.

We loved our stay. The only problem was… we didn’t stay long enough! Wonderful visit!
