Great place to stay.

Super cosy spot! Great location - very walkable (easy access to the Lodge / Spa and steps away from the walking paths). Super spacious and comfortable for our group (6 adults and 1 toddler). We were very comfortable and happy during our weekend stay. The hot tub was great too.

Clean, comfortable home with great space to commune as a family! Loved the backyard scenery too!

Great house for multiple family gathering

Overall it was an enjoyable day stay. The house easily accommodated my family of 11. However there were repairs and deferred maintenance issues that needed to be addressed.

We loved our time at this lovely home!! So comfy for all 13 of us. The location was perfect to walk to everything. Loved being right on the golf course and the hot tub was a bonus. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us for our family time.

Excellent home for our family vacation . The outside area had enough room and furniture for all 13 of us to sit and visit comfortably. Inside was spacious and great for gathering. We had a great stay.

Quiet and peaceful and just a short walk to the lodge, river and playgrounds. A huge plus is the large backyard for the kids to play in. And it’s very clean!!

We had 8 adults and 7 children and this house fit our family perfectly. The kids really enjoyed being able to be together in the upstairs room.

House was great. Definitely the off season and not a lot going on but the house provided some entertainment

Relaxing, peaceful and quiet! It was the perfect place for our friends and us to unwind. We loved how there were no surprises, it was exactly as described! We even go to seem some deer friends!

We are a family who loves to get together and cook, and we found the kitchen to be well stocked with kitchen equipment. The house itself was very comfortable. And we all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

This place was so spacious and perfect for big groups, comfortably fitting 14 adults!

The 19th Hole was awesome. Plenty of space, very well stocked kitchen, excellent instructions for operating everything. Every expectation was met and over and above. I would definitely recommend for large families or groups.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every couple of years we gather the family (us, kids, grandkids) for a week's reunion. This year we gathered at Suncadia. We do a lot of cooking (that kind of family!) and found the kitchen well-equipped. The gathering places inside and out worked well for us--and the garage with its ping-pong table was a constant favorite. The kids, ranging in age from 21 to 12, loved the upstairs bunk room and conversations went on long after my eyes had closed for the day.

Each year we bring our son and daughter and their families together for a week of just being together. This property was perfect each couple had their own king bedroom with private bathroom, as well as a hallway bath for public. the open bonus rooms upstairs with bunks were a perfect place for the grandkids to have their space. The hot tub was an added bonus, even with heat, it still was refreshing for all. Proximity to the beach was great and a plus with the pool not being available. All in all a great week of Family fun!

Our group enjoyed our stay as it had all the amenities. Would definitely book again.
