Spectacular, custom Suncadia home overlooking the 17th hole of the Rope Rider Golf Course. Step through the front door and you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that flows out to a large outdoor living area. This home was built for entertaining, with a floor to ceiling gas fireplace, gourmet eat-in kitchen, garage game room, and a spacious entertaining patio. Sunnyside Lodge is an ideal location for a large family gathering or multiple couples.

The chef’s kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 3 at the large kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably. Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, outdoor sectional couch, dining table, and a gas BBQ!

* The main floor master bedroom has a king bed and a en-suite bath that features a large walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a master suite with a king bed and a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.

* 4th upper floor bedroom has two sets of twin/twin bunk beds.

**The owners of Sunnyside Lodge have a small dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.

(Bikes pictures in the garage are not for guest use. You can however, rent bikes at the Suncadia Pavilion or Ride Roslyn on Pennsylvania St.)

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park at overflow parking at The Inn at Suncadia. **

In the garage there was ping pong and shuffle board and we had a great time playing. The only thing that was a bit concerning was the floor downstairs needed a good cleaning and while we were there the hot tub didn’t heat up. However, when I called All Seasons they sent someone out ASAP.

    We loved our stay at Sunnyside Lodge. The kitchen is well stocked. The one item that we would change is that we didn't read that this was a pet friendly home, which had a bit of dog hair that we didn't anticipate. But overall, an excellent stay!

Our favorite thing was being able to see all the stars! Each night we went out onto the green behind the house and watched the shooting stars and the comet. The backyard was the best place to enjoy the sunshine and occasionally chat with the friendly golfers that were enjoying the golf course. ** Note of caution - the speed bumps on the road to the house are brutal! If you have a low vehicle drive super slow.
