Stayed Dec 29, 2025The hosts were friendly and helpful during the booking process and seemed willing to help. The maintenance of the place is what needs improvement wasn’t very clean had to clean the pot in order to use it and there was hair in the sheets. Also quite a few lights were out including the porch light which made navigating the icy steps in the dark a hazard. If the hosts have a maintenance/cleaning company taking care of it that’s where the attention needs to be. Otherwise would have given a better review.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025We enjoyed our 2 weeks. Especially enjoyed upstairs bedroom, fans& humidifiers, & close trails. But this unit needs some TLC. No clocks or salt. I was left with sheets in the dryer, and hair in the bathtub trap to pick out. Floors and l r rug were dirty. I found spices 8 years past expiration. There were no pamphlets or info on good restaurants, boating, Dillon concerts, or Colo. fishing. All previous VRBO had pages of “to do” info in their welcome book. For safety reasons the broken, taped window and cracked vinyl flooring should be repaired.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025We loved this condo. It is easy to get to the highway to visit resorts and just minutes from restaurants and stores. The beds are comfy and plenty of space. It feels honey rather than some condos that feel like a corporate rental. Little things like having spices and coffee filter and coffee helped make this a great stay. Will try to rent here again!
