great relaxation, tranquility on the beach of Morro Besudo

Communication with Patrick was superb before and during the stay. He even collected us from the airport as he was in the area. The apartment is stunning. The views from the terrace could not be beaten, and the sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach were all we needed to make this the most relaxing holiday we have been on. Even on the day it rained, we could sit inside, open the huge windows, and watch the sea. The sunrise is not to be missed either.Everything in the apartment was exactly as described, I can't think of anything we missed.San Augustin is built on a cliff - a lovely old photo shows what it was like before development. This means that there are a lot of steps - a lot, so it is not a suitable area for people with mobility issues unless you hire a car. The apartment is at the top of the complex though, it's only the beach which you would need to walk down a lot of steps.Pool is beautifully maintained, with loungers, although we didn't personally make use of it, as we preferred the sea.There are 2 shops nearby, the spa, which is a 15 minute walk towards San Augustin, is the larger, but there is one within a 5/10 minute walk in the other direction.It is a quiet area, and even San Augustin isn't busy, there are a few restaurants nearby (within a 20-minute walk) The Sawadee restaurant is worth a visit just to check out the kitsch flamingoes and lovely staff. The balcon was lovely but watch out for the steps, Loopy's lovely rooftop terrace. Rincon and Ayre

Patrick is a wonderful host. Quick communication via whatsapp/phone, very attentive. The location has an 180 degrees unbeatable view on the sea, a nice pool a few steps down, all amnities are present in the house, beach on walking distance and a shop ( fresh bread) at a stone’s through. To go short, we recommend this place ‘ nueva baviera’ to anyone who wants to have a relaxed holiday, in all privacy, with a stunning view. ( yes we did see dolphins)

We had a very nice 2 week stay in the appartment. It is bigger than it appears on the fotos. The ocean view from the lounge (with big sliding windows) and from the big terrace is great. It was surprisingly quiet,also at night. The large pool is also great and was never busy. The provided drinking water is a great extra service. There is a small supermarket close by and a restaurant in walking distance.

We stayed for 3 days. It was absolutely fantastic! The view from the balcony is incredible. It is a quiet location with access to a large pool and beach and a close walk to restaurants and shops. Patrick is very helpful and a fantastic host. It was perfect.

The property had excellent space with a large outside terrace. It had all the facilities needed for use as a base or for self catering. The views were tremendous. Parking was occasionally a problem especially if you return after 7pm. The host was great and very helpful.

This is a great property with a gorgeous view and a beautiful porch to enjoy it from. The owners were very helpful and courteous. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Gran Canaria!

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick’s house. The house is spacious, soulfully decorated and has all the amenities one could need (including kitchen apparel and beach toys :). It also has a great terrace, for chilling, eating or some great sunrise yoga :) From all the angles of the living room, kitchen and terrace one has the most amazing views of the ocean. The almost private beach is a short (stair) walk through the garden, passing a large pool. Patrick as a host was very nice and attentive. He even bought a baby cot for our stay, which was very comfortable for our one year old! The neighborhood is quiet, there is a shop and a nice restaurant within a few minutes walking distance. We very much recommend the apartment and would come back here any time.
