Great Rehoboth Beach House - 3.5 Blocks to Beach!

Great location, property was very clean and tidy, no issues with access, parking or the unit itself.

Great location and nice open concept inside of the house. The beds were very firm and could use new mattresses. Overall, it was a great trip and would rent again.

A lovely house, close to the beach, boardwalk, and other fun stuff. The beds were firm but quite comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than many vacation rentals we've used. The host was very attentive but not intrusive, and the house rules are very reasonable and easy to follow.

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and is close to town and the beach. Our first impression of the home was its cleanliness. In addition, the layout of the home was spacious and suited our needs. The back porch and awning were great too! There was even a small backyard for our pets. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were good to work with and answered any question quickly The house is in a quite negiborhood and a short walk to the boardwalk, stores and resturants

We had a great time in Rehoboth Beach at the cottage. The neighborhood was so friendly and safe. The seating in the open DR/LR was perfect for the 5 of us. There are two areas so if you don’t want to watch TV, you can sit by the window area and read. The kitchen was clean and organized. The washer/dryer was helpful. Beds were comfy and we were grateful for two bathrooms. The shed was perfect for storing our 5 bikes as it’s a good 3.5 blocks to the beach to the Philadelphia St entrance (which is a quieter area). Before September 15, you can ride on the boardwalk before 10am. Loved the patio! We would definitely return to the cottage.

Place was great! Main room was plenty spacious. The patio and awning was really nice to enjoy the mornings. Would stay again!

Propert had everything we needed for a weekend family getaway. Close to everything on the Rehoboth strip and Boardwalk. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was updated and well maintained. Will definitely be renting this house again.

Awesome central location, private outdoor space, and very comfortable.

We've stayed at this rental a few times now and really enjoy the location in Rehoboth Beach. The place is clean and perfect for our family of four and dog. It has everything needed and you can easily walk to the stores nearby or the beach as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for a beach rental in the Rehoboth area.

The property was clean,cozy and comfortable. The only issue we had was bringing our own sheets. I had to go out and buy two sets. And now I have two sets that fit no beds. It was a great walk to town and everything Rehoboth has to offer. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Excellent location near all the downtown restaurants and shops. Two reserved spots. Nicely furnished and comfortable.

A nice place to land while visiting the beach. The winding stairwell to second floor is narrow and steep..not for the elderly or handicapped. The layout is nice and the location is central to town. Overall, a nice, quiet place to stay.
