Maureen the owner let us know she was coming in advance. Maureen handled any issues promptly and was easy to contact. I would recommend this home

Stayed Dec 27, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this home with our 3 young kids. We used the beach toys and pool towels daily, also a beach umbrella and chairs were nice to have. The home was clean, kitchen had enough for basic cooking through out the week. Pool area is nice and private and pool heated well to 85 daily for our kids to enjoy with mid 70’s temp outside.In the area we explored fellowship park/splash pad, Sanibel’s bowmen beach, and Bonita beach. Our favorite restaurant was The Greek Spot for chicken gyros. Also liked Nice Guys pizza and Iquana Mia’s. Owner was quick to respond, check in and checkout were easy. We would stay in this home again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024The house was very nice. It had everything we needed. I would have liked another TV in the bedroom for the kids to watch, but overall it was perfect. The pool area is great for the kids and guests to relax and enjoy while under the shade with ceiling fans. The owner was very quick in all communication. I would definitely rent this property again.

Stayed Feb 3, 2024This property was great. It had a heated pool and lots of room. It was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfy and the home owners were very pleasant. Their neighbors across the street had burrowing owls which was an extra treat. We would rent here again
