Great Private Outdoor Spaces. 1 Minute to Camp WaterColor. With LSV and Bikes

Our family had an awesome time! Great house, communication, and the location near Camp Waterolor was very convenient considering all the kids we had with us. Would definitely recommend staying here!

25 Pond Cypress Way is in an ideal location - close to so many perks of Watercolor. The Frog Pool as well as Camp Watercolor pool with slide/bar/lazy river are close enough one could walk! The nearest grocery store is also very near the house. The porches are huge and look out on a pond covered in lily pads and flowers. There was ample community space for the 4 adults and 4 kids to all be together, as well as plenty of bedrooms for privacy when needed. The golf cart was a huge bonus! So nice to not have to hassle with renting one. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Amazing property with excellent amenities.

This property is very nice for a large group, and Watercolor is a standout neighborhood on 30A if you are vacationing with kids! Our extended family spent 6 days here. The living and kitchen area are open and large, and we always felt like we had plenty of room. We cooked several meals here and the kitchen had everything we needed to help prepare and serve meals for a large group. This particular home is walkable to Camp Watercolor and very close to the grocery store. The rental includes a golf cart, which is great for zipping around the neighborhood and for trips to the beach. We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues that gave us an opportunity to assess the property manager’s responsiveness- A+, they were on top of communicating and getting things fixed in a very timely and effective manner.

This was a great house for a group of friends and kids. The large living space was great for relaxing and the outdoor sitting areas were nice for morning coffee. We had a lot of bad weather this trip but it was nice to have the spacious house to enjoy when stuck inside!

Great home in super clean condition. Only complaints is that the lockbox at the front door is very difficult to use so much so that we rarely placed the key there. It needs to be replaced or a better type lockbox installed

We love Watercolor and always try a new house when we come. This is not the first time we've used Exclusive 30A and wont be the last. Everything was perfect and when we did have an issue they were prompt to come fix it.

Tucked away in a quiet enclave of Watercolor, overlook the pond, it is the perfect retreat after a busy day of activities. Three levels of luxurious accommodations allowed our family to be together but spread out with room for everyone to enjoy. The porches are amazing to enjoy meals outdoors, even on a rainy day. Use of the golf cart and bikes made getting around Watercolor a breeze! Whether heading to the beach, the pool, or kayaking in the lake, or dining out, we never had to use our cars. The kitchen was well-equipped and having Publix within walking distance was another plus! We enjoyed grilling out and cooking meals in a few nights. We simply cannot say enough good things about this home and it's perfect location in one of Florida's finest beach destinations!!! The most beautiful beach anywhere, tons of dining options, tennis, golf, biking...we barely had time to take it all in over the course of the week. Thank you! We look forward to coming again next year!
