-Deep-Sea Fishing-
Key Largo is situated in the triangle of the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, and Gulf of Mexico. This offers incredible year round fishing trips with anglers catching sailfish and marlin ready for the taxidermist. The beautiful blue waters of the Florida Keys are teeming with snapper and grouper that are great on the grill. Charters run to the reef area and farther depending on the season. The 40 minutes tranquil ride is filled with sightseeing sperm whales and dolphins.

-World-Class Attractions-
The third largest reef in the world is located in Key Largo.

John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park
This is a state-of-the-art marine biological wonderland that is open to the public. Glass bottom boats tour the diversity offered by this habitat. Molasses Reef starts the corridor of the third largest coral reef in the world. Scuba diving trips can be experienced alone or with guides. The Grecian Rocks are part of the only underwater park in the United States. A swim 100 feet from shore ends at a Spanish shipwreck and the in famous Christ.

-Take out the Catamarans-
A catamaran is not the usual sea vessel. It has a variety of uses for those visiting Key Largo. A couple of ideas include taking a sunset ride in the Lower Florida Keys or heading to snorkeling sites to spend the day exploring. Paragliding is another fun activity this boat has to offer with smooth ups and downs. Just like snorkeling, scuba diving in a variety of depths is an option.

-It is Always Warm in Key Largo-
Temperatures have a range of mild 60s during the winter evenings to comfortable 80s in the summer months. There is not much rain to contend with due to the Gulf Stream winds and location to the equator. This tropical paradise requires your best summer wear for maximum enjoyment.

-Traveling Plans to Key Largo-
Vacationers can come to Key Largo by car, RV, or boat to relax and rejuvenate. Private cars or rentals both offer the same ability to travel the 100+ miles of roads and bridges with breath-taking views. Since this is the first key, driving across the overseas bridges especially the seven mile one is a must.

Everything inside was in very good condition and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and the living area was comfortable. It was fun having many outdoor spaces to use including the roof for sunsets and a lower level with grills and a table.Being close to the state park was a bonus.

We just stayed 6 nights at Miriam’s lovely home in the Calusa Campground. The home was everything we needed for our family of 5 to have a very comfortable stay. The campground community was great. We loved the hammocks by the water and ate at the food truck several different times. If you are thinking about renting this place, definitely do! We hope to come back and stay sometime soon.

We had a great stay at this home. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen and outdoor kitchen were well stocked. It is a short walk to the very nice pool area and waterfront. The hostess was quick to respond to any questions we had. The residents of the community were friendly and welcoming. It does get a little lively on the weekends, so if you’re looking for something quiet, you may want to look elsewhere. It didn’t bother us a bit, we had a blast. To the one reviewer complaining about the Hispanic people; you are in south Florida, what did you expect? We kayaked right from the boat ramp and saw lots of manatees, fish and even a saltwater crocodile. We also spent lots of time lounging by the pool or in the water front kayaks. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
