Convenient and comfortable home, unfortunately you can hear all the noise from street and highway traffic.

Communication was a problem. No hair dryer at the property as in listing. When I notified property manager, she offered to have one sent over. I didn’t hear from her so we bought one. Instructions were to take out the trash before we left but no trash bin outside. There were a couple by the street but wasn’t sure if they belonged to the unit or not.

We get together every year for our mom’s birthday. We try to go someplace different every year where we have things to do and can all be together. Staying at Victory Properties was the perfect place to do that. Lily the host was very responsive and easy to get ahold of when we needed something or had questions. We would gladly stay here the next time we are in town. Thanks for everything! K. B.

Pros: The property was conveniently located for what we needed. The beds were VERY comfortable and definitely appreciated having two bathrooms. Cons: The kitchen was dirty, crumbs on the counter and dried spilled food on the cabinet doors. The traffic was loud because of the single pane windows. It had multiple broken outlet covers. The heater broke the second night we were there and couldn't be fixed that night. We were compensated for the base rate of that night's stay but still had to pay over 25 in taxes for that second night's stay. Could be a nice property but it needs some TLC.

We were in the Tulsa area for my brother-in-law's birthday this past weekend. We needed a property that was pet-friendly, near their home in Bixby, and comfortable for my mother-in-law. When I first entered the duplex I was hit with the overwhelming smell of weed throughout the house, masked by an automatic air freshener even though the house was supposed to be smoke free. The home was clean for the most part, however there was a disturbing stain on the wall in the master bedroom as well as dirty carpets throughout the house. The home looked like it was painted quickly with no regard to detail or cleaning up afterwards. For example, there was paint on the bathroom mirrors and light fixtures. The screen door for the back door had a broken handle, and I was stuck outside in the cold until my husband could let me back in the house. The were no bathmaths in the master bathroom making the floor very cold, and very slippery getting out of the shower. Also, the bathroom window didn't seem to be closed completely and was loud and drafty. The king size beds are large and comfy, however, almost too tall for me to get into bed. Overall, it worked for what we needed.

Great location. Excellent communication with host. House had everything we needed and more! 2 reasons for 4 star. Parking is at the garage but no easy access(lacks decent walkway) to the keyed front entry. The bedrooms could use a luggage rack or dresser. Bedrooms had only night stands, nowhere to set your clothes. Other suggestion for safety is the cords to the TVs. Young children or dogs could easily make this a hazard. Adding a few more touches would earn a solid 5 stars. Overall very happy with this home. en

My only negative comment is the location is on a busy road right next to the freeway. Can't do anything about that. Lily, the host was easy to get in touch with. Price was spot on.

My family stayed here for four nights and five days. The check-in process was very easy of good communication prior to our stay. The location of the duplex, was immediately concerning as it was essentially on the access road to interstate located a few homes down from a major traffic light and intersection. Our main concern was that the heat was clearly out when we checked in, but it was late at night, so I did not bother the property owner. I started requesting assistance with the heat being turned on with minimal responsiveness. Despite utilizing, the numbers provided at check-in, there seem to be some miscommunication over who was handling the heater concern. Apparently the property manager thought the heater had been fixed as reportedly the workers came out however, the heater was not fixed and my family went without heat 2 nights before it was fixed. High volume foot traffic in front of the home all hours of the day and night. There was a significant homeless population in the area that made us feel a bit uneasy, unpacking and repacking our cars this week got in and out each day. Two of the nights we had sirens and cop cars for extended amounts of time at the intersection. Unfortunately, the drapery did not cover the master bedroom closest to the interstate access Road so lights would flash across the walls that were quite bothered some throughout the night. There was frequent ambulance, siren noise as well.

Disappointed with a few things. Saw mice in the house scurrying from place to place. Saw a dead mouse on a mouse trap. Had 3 towels total for a 5 night stay with up to 6 people. Storage drawers in master bed had no screws and wouldn’t open/close properly

House was easy to find but located right off the interstate so there is some highway noise through the night. Plan to use a white noise app on your phone! Everything was easy to find, had an issue with how to use the dishwasher, messaged the host and received an almost instant response and I learned how to use it. Towels and sheets were damp in the dryer when we got there, maybe the housekeeper forgot to fold them. No biggie, I re-washed and used them. Needed someplace to put trash, since we were there a week, use of the garage would have been nice. Overall cute duplex, never saw the neighbors. Would stay again!

Easy check in. Clean premises. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because there was a faint smoke smell in one of the bedrooms. It is a duplex so I’m not sure if maybe the neighbors smoke and it traveled through the vents. There is a functional kitchen. If you plan on cooking for a big group, you may want some extra pots/ pans. But not necessary cooking for 2-3. I took one start off for location because it is right by the way highway and a bit noisy because of the cars. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience. Communication with host was prompt. Check in and out easy. Location near the highways. I would stay again.

My family and I stayed at this location for a College graduation. As soon as we booked, communication was immediately available! The host provided us with relevant information and seemed to be in touch with the area. She even asked us our snack preferences, which is a great gesture! Upon arrival, there was no issue checking in. Sadly, there were no snacks either, which made the previoys gesture redundant. The cleanliness was subpar (hair in the shower and in bathroom floor)Had to go to the nearest store for cleaning items. The home had a stuffy smell. The Keurig did not work and I’m a coffee drinker, so that was a bummer, lol. Conclusively, the home served its purpose, but I wouldn’t rebook it.
