Beautiful 1500 sq/ft home in Palm Valley community. Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths which will accommodate up to 6 people. We are located close to multiple spring training facilities in Goodyear, Surprise, Buckeye, and Peoria. 15 minutes from ISM Raceway. We are also next to several golf courses including Wigwam and Palm Valley Golf Course. Several restaurants, a Walmart, and grocery stores within 3 miles of our home.

Beds and furniture very comfortable. The host was also friendly and overly accommodating. We loved getting fresh oranges from the trees each morning!

Stayed Feb 16, 2025We spent a couple of weeks at this home. Exactly as listed and communication with owner was great. Close to wonderful restaurants and mlb spring training. We enjoyed the pool and the spa was great after a day of hiking. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent again.
