Stayed May 22, 2025We planned a large family vacation with 20 people. When we got there we realized how huge it was there were several extra beds as most of us are couples. Our kids loved the outdoor pool and it was perfect for our kids age range. We also loved waling down to the larger pool. Each room has their own bathroom giving everyone lots of privacy. There were 2 kitchens but we only used 1 for our meals. We will definatly be staying there again.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025The pool is small and more like a giant hot tub, which was awesome for our group that had small children. The pool was also kept warm, so the kids stayed in a LONG time. The sleeping arrangements were great, there was enough space for all! The only down fall was some of the kitchen amenities, for a property that sleeps so many people it had very few dishes, bowls, and cups. But other than that it was great. Would stay again.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024The property was just as advertised. Rachel the property manager was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was very responsive to my questions and I would return to stay based on her excellent customer service alone! The pool in the backyard and the community hot tub were a favorite with the grandkids and adults alike. Our week in Hurricane with the pups was amazing. Thank you Rachel for making our Thanksgiving outing so enjoyable!!!

Stayed Sep 7, 2024EVERYTHING a person could need was in this house. Rob was very easy to communicate with. Enough room for as many as you could possibly imagine! We will be back. Rode our SXS right from the house to the trails and it was amazing. Enough room for trucks with trailer so parking was good also. We will be back!

Stayed Sep 15, 2024Our family had a wonderful time using this as our “home” base for exploring all south Utah has to offer. The house layout is perfect for larger groups where everyone can mingle together or have some personal space as well. Neighborhood was quiet and inviting. We will be back for sure!
