Great ocean views! Oversized deck, quiet neighborhood and 2 min. walk to beach!

House was perfect! Clean and great neighborhood

The house was spacious and clean! The master bed is comfy! Every bedroom having a tv was a plus for our family. We loved the location! Also, the owners communicated with us frequently and were very accommodating! We will stay here again!

Excellent experience! 10 out of 10!We stayed at A Family Tradition as a “last sip of summer.” This home was perfect for my family of 5: 3 adults, and a 19 & 17 yr old. I rented a golf cart, but could have done w/o. It was a quick 3 min walk to the beach.Location: The house is located in one of the first neighborhoods as you arrive in Crystal Beach.The neighborhood was wonderful…tranquil with NO traffic. There is no public beach access from this neighborhood. There is a pathway for people and golf carts. We could access the beach w/ our jeep, less than a mile down Hwy 87. There are less people ON this stretch of beach as well. Further from the crowd but…It’s a 2 min. drive to Valero and 4 min to Stingarees.Condition: The house is exactly as described in listing. Very clean with beautiful art and decor throughout the home. The AIR CONDITIONER worked GREAT keeping us cool. The deck has a nice view of the ocean. We were here during the Sturgeon full moon. I sat on the balcony each night and watched the full moon light up the ocean. From the wraparound, we could see the breathtaking sunsets as well.The owners provide board and boxed games for guests. We loved the open concept of the main room and dining area. We played games at the table while others watched movies from the couch.A Family Tradition was exactly suited to us. Very nice cabin perfect short walk to the beach and very nice owners

The house was comfy and well-kept. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely home close to the beach without the traffic of public driving access to the beach. It was really perfect. Twice, i needed to tech out to the host and my issue was hard and resolved within 10 minutes. Great experience.

I visited with my family that came in from Nevada. The house was a perfect size for a 4 day visit with 10 people. The only slight issue I can see if you have a very small child or handicapped individual is that it is more like a 5-8 min walk, which can mean a difference when you are trying to carry beach stuff as well as a little one. Just be sure to bring a wagon.

This by far has been the best stay we have had, we come every year! Home is beautiful and very relaxing!!

Beautiful, everthing worked, very accommodating.

The house was sparkling clean, with a nice layout. There is a beautiful view of the water from the deck! They provided everything we needed. (Just FYI, there is no Keurig, but the coffee maker and coffee provided were just fine.) The beautiful, big couch was very comfy for watching tv. It is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. You can access the beach by car just by driving a few streets down 87. We used Stingaree and it was great! (Don’t forget to get your beach permit at any store). We ate at several restaurants, but Stingaree’s was the best by far! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Loved Randy and Jills home, location was less than 5 min walk to beach with no beach traffic. Their home was very beautiful and more than enough space for my family. I will definetly be back.

The house was much bigger than I anticipated! Absolutely gorgeous, the host always extremely easy to message and got back to me in a timely manner. I would definitely book again!

This place was absolutely stunning and gorgeous. I loved everything about it I couldn’t have asked for more. The host and their home are amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Price is perfect home is stunning. The quietness is amazing even with the 27 miles of fireworks. If you have the chance to visit please visit here.

This place was amazing! So much bigger than we thought it was in the pictures. Fits our family of 9 very comfortably. It is in a great location with golf cart access right down the road. Its Beach access 110, where its far enough away from the younger crowd that gets pretty wild on the weekeds. If you are looking for beach access, you will have to travel 1 mile down the road. There is a gate at top of stairs if you have little ones running around. Was able to see the ocean from balcony. The host were great and very fast response when we had questions. Will defenitly be back in the near future for our next beach stay.

A family tradition is exactly what this house will become. My family loved this house and location. It was clean, cozy & loved the beach decor. It provided everything we needed to enjoy our get away. Randy & Jill answered all my questions and we can’t wait for next year.
