Great Mountain views on Arrowhead Lakes

My family enjoyed staying here. Very spacious. Very comfortable. My son caught his first fish ever. He was very excited. Great air conditioning. Tanya was an excellent host. Was very accommodating. Very quick to respond. It was the perfect accommodation for our trip.

The house was great, lots of room and the view was fantastic. We ate dinner and breakfast on the patio as lake and local hills were so relaxing. There is a nearby grocery store and food places for anything you might need. We had a great stay and the owner was able accommodate us on a very short notice - THANKS! Communication was quick and easy. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

Host was extremely accommodating and worked with me to get into the property a little early. The house was well supplied with everything we could have wanted. Would stay there again and highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Loved the location on the lake & close to the 101. The floor plan of the house was great. Host is very responsive & allowed us to check in early. I do think the house is looking a little tired, needing some maintenance & cleaning. There is certainly effort gone into making the house cute & comfortable, but likely some renters have been hard on it.

We have mixed reviews on this place. Beds were surprising comfortable. Nice space- we had 3 guests for 4 days and plenty of room for 5 of us. Generally could use maintenance and cleaning, inside and out. Private backyard- but on “reclaimed water” that you can’t swim in nor eat the fish out of? Paddle boat seemed unusable. Highway noise is constant. Owner was very accessible and very nice.

Great place in good central location for our golf vacation. Easy communication with our host. Would highly recommend and will definitely try to stay there in the future.

Very nice house in a great location. Close to shopping, and main road ways. Didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy it as much as we wanted. Guest beds could use a better mattress, but are not terrible.

Place was exactly as described and the house had everything we needed for our short weekend stay. Kids loved the paddle boat and fishing in the lakes. Boat is very responsive to request and even alerted us we left a water mug behind.

Property was clean. Property was correctly advertised. The area was quiet and comfortable. All the rooms were well perfect. I would definitely rent again when we go back to Glendale area. Property manager was very prompt with all communication. We had no problems from start to finish.

The house was great. Nice big living room and open kitchen area to sit and watch tv and relax. Outside area was great. House is somewhat close to freeway but you never heard it at all. So many things close by. Very nice grocery nearby. Will definitely try and reserve this house again when we come to Phoenix area again.

We needed to attend a wedding in the area. Our home was so much nicer than other guests who had to stay in nearby hotels. The backyard lake provided nice views; the putting green was fun; two living areas to relax in; big dining area and 3 bedrooms and bathrooms made this a perfect place for the six of us. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Five star experience
