GREAT MOUNTAIN VIEWS FROM EVERY WINDOW - QUIET FAMILY ORIENTED AND DOG FRIENDLY

It was very clean and exactly as pictured. Beds were comfy and the community was welcoming. A lovely stay and will return.

Location was great, communication with hosts was awesome. We had an issue with the fridge which they offered to have someone come look at right away, we declined. I would recommend a dust pan or vacuum to help keep things tidy. Wifi didn’t work, we never contacted them to correct, I’m sure they would have if we did. Kitchen was well stocked, soaps/shampoos in bathrooms were not. Overall a great place to stay.

The house has a well stocked kitchen with plenty of linens. There are board games and puzzles. Trails right from the back door. And a stunning view of the mountains. Very clean. Very cozy.

Quiet, comfortable, and affordable accommodation. It was great to have easy access to the open field behind the property to walk our dog. We decided to take the old west highway to Fairmont Hot Springs since it was so close --- such a pretty drive! Will bring our bikes next time.Though we were aware there was no BBQ available, it would have been nice to have access to one so that we didn't need to bring our own.

This was our second year staying at this property. The house has everything you need and the hosts are great to deal with! Would definitely come back again.

The place was fantastic…except for being able to find it. Google maps had us looking about a half mile from the correct location. It was dark, and it took us about a half hour to finally locate it. The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked with all that we needed. Great beds too.

We enjoyed our stay very much here. Thank you to our wonderful hosts. The location was in a great quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a lot of shops, parks and even bike pathway. About 5 minute drive to the lake from the house. The house was fully equipped with more than everything you need to enjoy yourselves.

My husband, myself, my sister and our dog stayed here from a Fri-Mon. This getaway was to serve as a recognition for my dad's birthday (who passed a year ago) and a overall escape/break from the city. None of us have ever been to Invermere and decided, since it's close to check it out. We were looking for a clean space, enough room for all of us and something close to town. This cottage was a great location. Booking was a breeze and the space in general was good. For the most part we found the cottage clean, except for a few things. We did a little bit of cooking and had to clean all the cookware as it seemed dirty. I would recommend bringing baking sheets, pans etc if you are planning on cooking or perhaps have a gently used-new set put aside for renters. Also, when we arrived, the microwave plate had something spilled and hardened on it, so we needed to clean this on day 1. When we were preparing to check out, when looking around the room for scattered items, we noticed undergarments (not any of ours) around the bed in one of the rooms and a lot of dirt/dust around the furniture. Otherwise, linens and bathrooms were cleaned well. This space felt more like a older/dated cottage, but served great for our little getaway. We also felt that since we had a cleaning fee, we shouldn't have been responsible for emptying our own garbage or running the dishwasher before leaving. If you are looking for a quick getaway, reasonable price and good location, we would recommend this space!

The house has three bedrooms, so lots of space for my family. The kitchen was well equipped. It's a little more outside of town, but Invermere is tiny so it wasn't a problem. The value here is amazing.

Nice, roomy house in a good location at a very good price. Great views of the Kootenay mountains, and nice open space right behind the house; A couple of minor glitches and a few days of less than ideal weather, but all in all we had a great 2 weeks exploring Kootenay and Banff National Parks, Panorama and other local attractions. Hope to return soon.

Quiet, with comfy beds.Had an issue with cleaning and missing dish detergent but issues were resolved within a day.

Our family wanted a nice, clean house to stay at for a few days for our ski and soak trip. This home was lovely and we enjoyed everything about our trip. The owners were easy to talk to, and check in was simple. Two thumbs up!

There was so much about this place that was wonderful! We did lots of resting and walking as there are good paths in the area. The view from the kitchen and bedroom are spectacular and there are lots of comfortable chairs. It is spacious And bright. We just found that it wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been when we came and the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked in regards to the bare necessities like salt and pepper, which we went and bought and teaspoons in the drawer which we went and bought. No soap in the shower and no face cloth for washing. But those were just simple things and the rest of it was really well done! We left feeling rested and that’s why we went. We were also allowed to bring our small dog and he loved it there. Thank you! Communication with the owner was quick and easy!One suggestion: it would’ve been lovely to have the fireplace. Is it possible to put it on a timer so people can’t leave it on?

The place was very nice and a quiet neighborhood. Also a great view of the mountains with deer in the back yard. Would recommend and stay there again.

Very good. Quite comfortable. Watch out for ugly box elder bugs. We killed 2 and hope none hitchhiked home with us in our vehicle.

This was my first VRBO experience and it couldn't have gone better. I needed a place for my three boys, my dog, and myself to launch some excursions into the beautiful National Parks around Invermere. The house was exactly as described and suited all of our needs when we got home after long days of hiking. There was plenty of space to relax and three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us the space we needed. There was an issue with us running out of hot water and the hosts were able to fix it remotely (power loss from a storm tripped the breaker) and we had hot water 30 mins after I sent a message notifying the hosts. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making our first VRBO experience a great one!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We originally had concerns with lack of air conditioning but even during a heat wave it was very comfortable. We would definitely come back and would recommend ot to pir friends and family.

The house was perfect for our stay, very clean and had everything we needed plus more. We arrived in town a little early and were thankful that we were given permission to check in a little early. Everything was as described or better. Our only issue was that the temperatures that weekend were extremely hot and there was no AC in the house. This was my own oversight and not the fault of the listing. I guess I just assumed that pretty much all newer houses had AC and neglected to look for that in the listing. All and all it was a great stay and we would not hesitate to book again, maybe just not in the middle of summer.
