Great lock off studio apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well stocked. Very nice and quiet

My husband and I loved our stay in Avon. The place is “as photographed” and comfortable for two people. The kitchen had all the utensils and basic cooking supplies to make meals at home, which was highly appreciated. The place is clean and has a fantastic location (super close to center of Avon and beaver creak ski resort). Would highly recommend for any mountain getaway for 1-2 people.

Derek is so responsive. House is in perfect location less than 10 minutes from Vail. Derek has every amenity- shampoo, laundry soap, teas, hot cocoa, olive oil... he even uses the same brands we do at home so we laughed that we belong here. Loved our stay and will be back for sure next time we come to ski Vail. THANK YOU for a perfect trip! We don’t want to leave.

Clean, neat and comfortable. Close to Vail, coffee shops, grocery stores, walking. Would stay there again.

In town for my sons soccer tournament and wanted a close place to the field - but not a hotel room. Clean, Derek was responsive, easy parking, and no hassles. Definitely worth it for the price.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights for a summer weekend trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, cozy and inviting. Derek was extremely helpful and communicative. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood location while still being close to town and other activities. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is a perfect location in Eagle-Vail, which is halfway between Vail and Beaver Creek/Avon. We could go either direction for activities and restaurants. It is far enough off I-70 and has a wooded view. The kitchen is tight but everything is provided if you want to prepare a meal (no dishwasher). Also the table in the picture is the only place to eat. It is very well set up with everything you need and we went a week without having to ask for anything. You can adjust the heat and even use the gas fireplace. There is a designated parking spot just for you. This is an efficient rental at a very reasonable price that I would fully recommend.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for me. I was in town for one week - helping with my best friend's wedding. It was just the right amount of space to feel like I had my own spot, but was definitely not crowded. Derek was also fantastic with sending me the information I needed on time. He was professional/respectful of my space, and made sure everything was set and ready for me. He even supplied me with his personal cell number in case I should need it. I would give him 10 stars, if it were an option. I have always loved being in the mountains, but this place made me seriously consider moving to the Avon community! How much is rent? :)

We chose this property for adjacent access to Eagle-Vail Golf. Location was perfect. The basement lock off has a nice deck on ground level, no views but next to peaceful aspen grove. The bed is great and shower is excellent. The kitchen is nicely stocked and so is the shower with nice amenities. Host Derek adds nice touches for your convenience.A very spacious closet eliminates clutter in the living space. This property is a great value. Recommended.
