Great location with King Suite, Game Room, HEATED Pool, and Putting Green!

Had a great stay with my family for a long weekend getaway! Marc was such a great host, made it all very easy!

Latitude Adjustment, hosted by Marc, is an outstanding property. Very clean, well stocked and equipped, and designed for a fun leisurely stay. We particularly enjoyed time in the backyard, lounging by the pool and using the putting green. Our family had a great time. Highly recommend!

House was very nice overall and perfect for what we needed for our stay. We had a lot of fun in the outdoor pool area and it was nice there was a few pool floats available for use. The additional air units in the bedrooms was nice to keep the temp down when sleeping.

The house was great! The inside was clean and comfortable. We loved the outside area- the pool and putting green were amazing!

It was amazing!

Had a nice time in Mesa and the surrounding area. This home is conveniently located and very easy to get to and from activities and eateries. The heated pool, patio area and putting green were our favorite pastime at this home. The use of the garage was so nice to keep our car out of the heat. Would stay at this home again.

This was a great place for our family of 4! Marc was very accommodating and responsive.

Great house with all the extras a person could need! We loved the pool and easy access to main roads.

The house was well equipped. We all enjoyed our stay. The kids had so much fun. Our family would stay again.

Great place to stay! Kids absolutely loved the pool, yard and games room. Host was very easy to deal with also and quick to respond. Would definitely stay there again!

Cozy home with a nice sitting area and pool. Fun putting green and games for the kids. Location was perfect, golf courses all around. my family and I really enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent.

We loved our short stay here! The house is clean comfy and super cute! Plenty to do if you’re staying in! We will definitely look for this property again when we come back.

What a great place to be! Host was fantastic! Communication was excellent. Plenty of amenities and fun to be had! The pool, putting green, air hockey, and foosball sure kept the kids BUSY! 10/10

Perfect in all aspects

This was a family trip with myself, my husband and 2 kids aged 5 and 6 and it was absolutely perfect for us! My daughter loved the kids bed and tent and the pool and outside area was amazing! Kitchen and whole house was very well stocked and host is very easy to communicate with.

What a great getaway spot for our family! This house had it all. Lots of things for the kids to do. They loved the pool and mini golf. The house had all the accommodations and was clean. We made it our home away for home for a long weekend and would definitely go back! Marc was super responsive and pleasant to work with! Thanks Marc!

Better than photos. Very clean and much better than any hotel. Great experience.

Two night stay after multiple days of hiking. Kids enjoyed the pool and games. Close location to grocery store and restaurants.

We had a wonderful week at this Vrbo! Our young kids loved the little kids room, game room and of course the pool!! The appliances were all great and we had everything we needed!

Communication was excellent with the owner. It was fun to relax outside by the pool and there’s a park nearby for the kids to play basketball. Beds were comfy and it was clean. Wished the pool had lights, but you can’t have everything! Fun place. Thank you for the stay.

Heated clean pool was amazinf

The house was exactly as listed, clean. The pool was warm and a perfect way to end the day!!

This is a kid’s playground (adults too)! We really enjoyed the heated pool, outdoor space, putting greens, game room, TVs and nearby playground. Kitchen was nicely stocked to stay in and cook.

Perfect for our weekend getaway, during my daughter’s soccer tournament.

Great area and space!

Nice house. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication. Great location. Pool was clean and warm. If 3 couples planned to stay it would be tight - really nice master suite. Would seek Marc out for future stay.

This was a great property. It is in a great location in the east valley. I was tempted to give it a bad rating so it would be available next time I come to town- but there’s nothing bad about this property. Everything was great and the manager was a great communicator too.

The house was a lot of fun and very clean!
