Great location with a place to dock your boat.

Stayed with a group of friends for a long weekend and enjoyed every moment. The property is well equipped and even has kayaks available. The owner is very kind and was an excellent host!

We loved the house and the location. Geoff was a wonderful home owner and treated us very well. I would recommend this rental to everyone.

We really enjoy the area in and around Bayview Park. You are away from the crowds, yet close enough to easily drive to attractions in Ocean city, Bethany, Rehobeth, and more. The property was in a beautiful location. State Park beach access is also a plus. We were very pleased.

Wonderful home. Well equipment with much to offer. Lots of prefect amenities. Kayaks, bikes, lawn games. Greatly enjoyed the screen porch. Very responsive owner.

The house was clean, check in was easy. The location was fantastic. Quiet and right on cedar pond. The beach access was amazing; got to take my dogs onto the beach. Geoffrey was a great host. Highly recommend this property.

Only down side was nearby construction of several new homes. Might be fine another year. Great enclosed patio with fantastic view. Enjoyed the canoe. Also included use of kayaks.

Enjoyable week. The house is beautiful and a perfect stay for anyone. Our group really enjoyed sitting by the pond/bay.

Beautiful waterfront weekend to ease into fall. The house was as advertised and the owner was readily available and helpful.

Beautiful location! The neighbors were really nice and hung out with us in the evening. The sunsets were incredible. We did encounter some sand in one of the bathrooms that wasn't cleaned up. The fire alarms were over ten years old and kept going off so we had to have the owner come fix them. In addition, our check in time was moved back significantly just the day before. We were all coworkers and needed to get work done but had to change our plans last minute. Also it is NOT CLEAR on the website that linens are not available and I received a reminder the day of that we needed to bring them. So we had to make due with a shopping trip to get linens....the quick response of the owner was nice because he lived a few houses away and checked in often. Overall the location and housing situation was beautiful but some omission of information and change in plans threw a bit of a wrench in the weekend.

Wish we could've stayed the entire week! Will book again! The photos doesn't do the location justice, the bay view was beautiful, calm & relaxing. The state park (with it's own beach) was a short distance away (can walk if you don't have small children) but there's parking nearby and a short walk to the beach. Lots of room with our 3 little ones and plenty of games & space for them to play. Our youngest is 3 so we just had be outside to supervise and watch as it is close to the water/dock. Tried crabbing for the first time there too! Geoff was great and answered text immediately and was available if needed. Thank you for the lovely stay!
