You'll enjoy the ultimate spot for ski-in and ski-out plus the great views! Commanding Mountain and Valley views from the kitchen, dining, living room and master suite are beautiful. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath (1,960 sq.ft).

The Kimberley Conference & Athlete Training Centre, Kimberley Alpine Resort (KAR, @SkiKimberley, #mykimberley, Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc., or, RCR), and Trickle Creek Golf Course are only a few minutes drive back down the hill.

You will be just 20 steps to go skiing (two steps coming back in) and you are adjacent to the Nordic Center for cross country skiing, or, Summer-time hiking and mountain biking trails.
A great family spot in the winter, spring, summer or fall. Sullivan Stone Lodge is an upscale complex catering to families and mature adults creating a relaxing retreat all year long. From May-October you will have access to several golf courses within a 20 minute drive. Our home has central air conditioning if the higher elevation mountain breezes don't cool you down enough in the evening.
Sullivan Stone Lodge Unit #16 includes hardwood and tile flooring throughout. Upgrades to: Furniture, Flooring, Beds, Towels, Cotton Sheets, Appliances and TV's plus extra side windows make this a unique Sullivan Stone Lodge property. Open floor plan provides superior views to the mountains, valley, ski hill, and the quad chair lift - enjoy watching the skiers in the winter and the deer in the summer.
MAIN level features a wide open great room (kitchen, dining & living rooms), covered balcony, kid's bedroom and half-bathroom. It is very spacious with high ceilings, lots of windows, two leather sofas and two leather chairs plus a games table. There's a gas fireplace, Sony 65 inch 4kHDTV+PVR and Blu-Ray DVD. Dining table seats eight (8) comfortably and the kitchen bar, or games table, can seat four more. The kids' bedroom sleeps four (4) in the bunk bed with full size lower, twin upper and twin trundle (roll-out), a 20in flat screen TV/DVD, full closet and storage chest. Out front towards the Rockies is the covered outdoor balcony with gas grill and outdoor dining table.

The back door off the main level provides direct ski access with a few dozen hooks, boot dryer plus outdoor ski locker and a bench.
The UPPER level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with the private hot tub on the back deck. Master suite is very generous in size and amenities... full bath, awesome view of the Rockies, king-size bed, sofa (plus queen sofa-sleeper), 42in HDTV, full size closet, desk and chair plus full dresser. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, 42in HDTV, full size closet and storage chest plus full bath off the hallway. Full sized washer and dryer are also on the upper level. Access to the hot tub is thru the upstairs hallway.
LOWER level provides street & garage access plus extra hooks for jackets and a bench..
Our unit is perfect for 4 adults plus 4 kids for the best privacy and can sleep up to 8 in beds and up to 10 including sofa beds. This is a non-smoking and no-pets home. Furniture was custom designed and produced locally with the wood pieces from Tree Fever which was in downtown Kimberley.

Enjoy the downtown Platzl, providing a walking area that is the heart of the town and a center for live music, shopping and dining. Lots of great fishing, hiking, cycling and exploring and the Sullivan Mine tour during the summer months.
S K I : Kimberley Alpine Resort is perfect for families, with 70+ runs from beginner to expert. Majority of runs are Blues and Greens, but Single and Double Black Diamond runs are there for you brave ones. Night skiing on scheduled nights. If you have been on the ski hill, #16 is the end unit on skiers right just before you cross the ski bridge. DOES NOT GET ANY EASIER THAN THIS. Want to stop in for lunch or a quick warm-up No problem. Beware, you will feel spoiled!
G O L F : Sullivan Stone Lodge is within minutes of several great golf courses, offering a broad range of difficulty. In order of distance: Trickle Creek, Purcell Golf (Kimberley Golf Club), Bootleg Gap, St. Eugene Mission, Shadow Mountain, Wildstone, Fairmont Riverside and Mountainside, Copper Point, Eagle Ranch, Greywolf and Radium Resort.

The best location on the hill! Great place for two families. We all enjoyed it a lot!
We can confidently say that it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the convenience of being right on the slopes. We were able to simply walk out the door, clip on our skis, and hit the mountain without any hassle. Throughout our stay, we appreciated the ability to easily take breaks and return to our room whenever we needed to. Whether it was to grab a quick snack, warm up, or change into a different layer, we never had to worry about trekking to and from the mountain to do so. One of the highlights of our ski-in ski-out experience was being able to watch the sunrise and sunset from our balcony. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we felt so lucky to have such a prime location for enjoying the natural beauty of the mountains. Overall, our ski-in ski-out experience was nothing short of amazing. It was a true ski vacation in every sense of the word, and we can't wait to do it again.
Can’t beat the location - access to the main run right outside your back door. Can watch the last stragglers come down the hill while relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. Lots of beds, lots of bedrooms, everyone has their own space. Kitchen with everything you need. We will come back year after year!

Our family loves Kimberley and all of the outdoor activities it has to offer - hiking, biking, paddleboarding and more. Hugh’s town home is well situated close to the nordic centre trails with spactacular mountain views. The house itself was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. We loved our stay here!
