Great location, very safe, stores and restaurants nearby, pool, and fishing.

Our family had such a good time. The location was so close to so many of our favorites. It was such a quiet neighborhood. The home had so many nice features! we will be back!

We had a wonderful time relaxing in this home. Colleen was very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay so much. We lived on the Lanai and relaxed by the pool. We loved the house with its beautiful kitchen and open floor plan. We slept very comfortably on the bed in the Master Bedroom with it's walk in closet and own bathroom. There is also a bathroom close to the pool that came in very handy. The house was well stocked with just about everything you would ever need. We bought a few things and then discovered the wealth of tan lotions, towels etc... in the bathroom. LOL It was a very quiet, but friendly neighborhood. Restaurants and Shopping close by. Colleen was quick to get back to us if we had a question. It was really hard to leave this place we had called home for the week. We would love to come back again.

We would rate this getaway & property a def 5. Beautiful, clean, great deco, quiet location on canal, pool not in lanai which we liked, kitchen has everything you need (some rentals only have bare minimal in kitchen), plenty of toys for pool, bathrooms well stocked with towels & great having washer & dryer. The home is easy to get to, close to many restaurants, grocery store & a walmart close by. Check-in was easy, communication with owner was instant & very helpful. We would def rent from Colleen again.

This was our first time renting a house on our own. Totally new experience but our host Colleen made it very easy. She kept us updated before the trip & during the stay she answered all questions once we got there very quickly via text. The amenities were as stated, pictures shown on VRBO were accurate. The house really had everything we needed for a months stay. We cooked on site a lot, due to Covid but there were several great restaurants very near by to enjoy. We swam in the pool, fished at the dock, had all meals on the lanai which was great place being out in the warm weather. Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose. Our trip was for baseball and vacation rolled into one. This home was perfect for us. The weather didn’t cooperate (pretty rainy). Because of the location and amenities, we didn’t have to venture out too far to have fun. The waterway behind the house was a perfect fishing spot for my eldest and the pool and covered patio made great play areas for the little ones.

Love the place will rent again.
