Avon, Colorado
This listing is located right in between Vail and Beaver Creek ski mountains. It is a two level, one bedroom condo. The main level has a full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and half guest bathroom. The master bedroom and bathroom upstairs has a king size bed. There are TVs with basic cable and Roku. Wi-Fi is also included. Great views and of course for winter fun, Beaver Creek ski resort is just 5 minutes drive away and Vail 10 minutes in the other direction. The perfect location for a fun filled ski vacation. It is possible to ski backcountry down to the house through a gate off Beaver Creek ski resort.
There are supermarkets and shopping nearby and plenty of world class restaurants to choose from in Vail and Beaver Creek.
In the summer there is a great deck that opens onto the aspen trees. Relax and enjoy the BBQ. Close by is a new community saline swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts just a 5 minute walk down the road. The Eagle Vail Golf Club and first tee box is right next door with the driving range and putting greens a little way below the house.
There is a great shaded mellow hike at the top of the road and many other hikes within a 15 minute drive.
Loved the place, location and the owners was great. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
Very nice condo. We'd stay again. Do note that if you want to play golf, the condo is very close to the Eagle Vail course, but you need to make reservations as far in advance as possible. Willow Creek is an interesting par 3 course that's also quite near and generally available.
Clean, well-stocked townhouse condo nestled in the aspens. A good location for exploring the Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckinridge areas.
This is the ideal location for a stay in Quito. This apartment is clean, safe, private, quiet and had all the comforts and convenience of home. Even the brief episodes of later afternoon rain were pleasant. We were only 4 blocks downhill to the Historic Plaza and the most important landmarks. Day trips and more could be reserved at the tourist center on the square. The Basilica with its twin towers was only 2 blocks away. A short taxi took us to the market area, restaurant and nightlife area and the teleferico. The city on off tour was fun, and helpful. We did not need to bother our host as everything we needed was provided or available nearby. We spent 7 days with 3 adults and had plenty of space and comfort.
Handsome and comfortable one bedroom condo that is two story -- it was great having the extra half-bath downstairs with a full-size stackable washer and dryer. There's a small kitchen that has what you need to cook meals. Upstairs is the bedroom that's light and bright. This place is tastefully decorated and you can hear the Aspen trees when the door is open. (We were there in August.) We would for sure stay there again. The only drawback is you can hear I-70 when the door is open but that must be true of 99% of places to stay in the Vail Valley.
Very positive experience, high on the Eagle-Vail mountain. As condo was next to the golf course, food/coffee was available a few steps away. Very clean and well stocked. Exceeded my high expectations. And I've rental often in the Vail area during past many summers.
My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days after my knee surgery. The owner was responsive and helpful. The place had a great ambiance and had everything that we needed. We'll definitely be coming back again!
