Great Location - near everything!

We had a great time! Perfect spot, close to everything. It was clean and perfect place for our family plus our dog! Great walking area right there and so close to the beach and several nice places to eat. Our host, Tom, was super friendly and nice!

We stayed 55 nights in this property with our dog. We did have a great time in St. Augustine Beach even though the weather wasn't always cooperative. The best part about this rental is the location. It is right on A Street and within walking distance of the beach, many bars/restaurants, etc. It does get a bit noisy outside on the weekends but nothing too bad. The rental is pet friendly. There is not a fenced back yard, but there is a grassy area right next to the rental where everyone walks their dogs. Tom, the host, was very friendly and was extremely responsive when we did have a few issues.The rental has pretty much everything you need, WI-FI, a washer and dryer, full kitchen, half bath downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. FYI, there are 16 steps to get upstairs. There is a small deck out back. There is no cable and Tom let us borrow his Amazon Firestick.There is absolutely nothing fancy about this rental. It could use basic maintenance, updating, and a deep cleaning, but it's pet friendly and the location can't be beat.

We sure enjoyed our mini-vacay here with family. The unit was well-equipped and the location was perfect, a short walk to beach and many restaurants! Old town, lighthouse, amphitheater, and state park were closeby as well. Tom greeted us upon arrival and was available if we were to need anything. We would definitely consider staying here again..

Very nice, convenient and clean. Would stay there again. There was some confusion at check-in, but otherwise no problems.

This was our 2nd time staying at Tom's condo with our family of 5 plus dog. The location cannot be beat. Tom is very responsive to any questions. The condo is well stocked and has tons of space. High recommend!

This homey townhouse had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Several fun cafes within walking distance. The neighborhood is shady and friendly for dog walking with several parkettes.

Perfect location 1 block from beach with seven restaurants a few steps away! Beautifully decorated property and had plenty of space for everyone. Nice selection of shampoos and soaps provided.

I wanted to take my boyfriend for the weekend to get out of town and see the Night of Lights at downtown St. Augustine and this has been the cutest and nicest place we have stayed at. Very close to the beach, within walking distance, and not too far from downtown. Very clean and quiet neighborhood with friendly locals around the block. The owner was very accommodating to us with check in/out times since we are night shifters. Also the place was pet friendly which is a plus we could bring our fur baby! Overall an amazing stay! Definitely would book again!

The property itself is very beautiful and well maintained. The location is superb! The host is such a friendly and wonderful human. The check in and out procedure was perfectly outlined. Dogs are allowed which was our make-or-break factor when searching for a place, and dogs are genuinely loved in this rental as well as the town itself. If I could give this listing 20 stars, I would. Our entire family had a beautiful time.

Our family of 6 had a great time. The house is well stocked with essentials and nice beach related extras (chairs, towels and boogie board). It is near multiple restaurants and bars and a quick walk to the beach. Our host Tom met us at the house and gave a quick tour. We had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay.

As always, our stay was a wonderful.

We have a family of 6 and all the children are adults. This place gave us plenty of room to sit around and enjoy time together as well as 3 bedrooms for us all to sleep comfortably. The location was also nice because we could walk to restaurants and coffee shops in a few short minutes. The house was clean and had puzzles and games that we took advantage of. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again.
