Stayed May 1, 2026Gorgeous home, peaceful location, awe inspiring nature views, gracious host, quaint community, relaxing vibes, and plenty of opportunities for entertainment at home. Matt was a superb host. The back views and easy access to walking conservatory trails was amazing. We plugged our gaming system into the walk-out basement’s system and even enjoyed some gaining with a fire going in the fireplace. Fishing was popular in the channel behind the home. We witnessed several jumping fish, turtles, deer, squirrels, and even a couple of beavers while staying there. Beds were comfy, showers were clean & hot. Loved coffee and a view every morning. Lots of privacy in comparison to what we saw at other lake properties. Lots of seating room both inside and outside. Would love to try kayaking the series of channels there. Best place we have ever stayed!!

Any problems that came up (loss of power from a storm) Matt was quick to let us know when the power was coming back on. He was wonderful to work with. We had everything we needed to cook meals at the house and we were entertained by the TV, games and outdoor activities. We rented a pontoon and spent lots of time on the water. We hope to return someday, thank you Matt for sharing your home with us!
