GREAT location!!! Last minute deals! Walking distance to ocean, Belmont Park

The location is perfect for families big bunk bed in downstairs room 4 more beds upstairs 1 building from the beach and just a few min walk to Belmont park. You can hear the waves from the patios. Peak a boo view of ocean from upstairs patio Best shower pressure and hot water !!Couch /curtains need good cleaning but overall lots of space and nice patio to hang out

We only booked one night at this place so thankful we didn’t book the entire weekend. From the get go it was a mess- wrong code to get the key from the lock box so we had to wait for the owners son to let us in(owners son and his friends stayed in the upstairs unit), lower unit was over all decently clean, location was nice, parking was limited. The biggest issue was the owners son and his friends being in the upstairs unit above us so we could hear everything. From 9pm to 2am in the morning it sounded like they were remodeling the upstairs unit. No one in our group could sleep and we all wanted to leave but we’re exhausted from a long day at the beach. We woke up early to get out but had to wait for the owners son to move their car blocking in one of our cars so we could leave. Overall it was an absolutely horrendous stay at this rental! Called VEBO to file a complaint- they don’t care and the owner hasn’t returned my call.

We had reservations elsewhere at a local hotel and jumped on this property when it popped up available for a last minute stay. Steps from the Mission Beach boardwalk, and Belmont Park not much farther, the location was excellent. The place was perfect for our group, and management was very attentive. It was a clean home, with everything we needed for an extended weekend stay, and walking distance to food and fun of all types. Highly recommended.
