Stayed Feb 12, 2022The owner had bikes and kayaks available which was appreciated. The location was central but on a very busy road. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and appliances seemed newer. The bathroom in the primary bedroom could use some repair. There was also a musty Smell in the house, but no screens so we didn’t want to open windows for very long. The outdoor space was really not useable, needs to be cleaned up. We love Dunedin and spent most of our time in the community.

Stayed Feb 2, 2022My husband and I had a very comfortable stay in this house. Very close to Honeymoon Island, Hammock Park, Pinellas Trail and downtown Dunellan. Bryan was very, very responsive to all my questions. We had no issues with the house, I just had a lot of clarifying questions. The house had no microwave, but Bryan purchased one prior to our arrival. Kitchen very well stocked. There is, however, no dishwasher. King bed in master very comfortable. We'd stay here again.
