Stayed May 24, 2026The rental was VERY nice. My family and I had a great time enjoying the beach, grilling on the patio, and going to the local seafood restaurants. Hope to be back again soon.

The cleanliness of the rental was a 10/10!.Host was easy to get in contact with and responded promptly!. If looking to go back to PCB and this property is avaliable would definitely rent again!

Stayed Mar 28, 2026Joe's home was even better than we imagined! The space had a lot of living space for my husband and me, 2 adult kids, and 2 mini poodles-and clean with all the things needed for everyday living and items for water fun. Check-in was easy and Joe was very responsive from when I first contacted him with questions before booking until we checked out. Getting in and out of the gated community was simple.We especially loved the property, the ease of getting to the beach, restaurant, and several pools-including heated ones! It was very dog friendly with walking areas and garbage cans for the waste. There were many places to go close by- dog beach, State Park with Ferry rides, and many restaurants. We came for Spring Break and it was very family friendly. We definitely want to return!

Due to my overlooking the wifi password I reached out and got a response quickly and that was the only issue we had the whole week. Area was amazing. Thank you for a great experience

Stayed Jul 23, 2022Property is close to the grocery, stores and the beach! All you need is included in the property like tennis racquet, beach toys, trolley and even rice cooker! Joseph was an excellent host and he will make sure everything will be “taken cared” off, for us to enjoy our vacation. Will definitely rent again in the future! A++ rating!
