Everything was great! Mike is very responsive and the house is great!

Spent 5 days at Thanksgiving. Kitchen has everything we needed. Property was spacious and very quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Had a good time in Seaside, OR.

The pictures of house need to be updated. There are no bunk beds which disappointed our 2 grandsons. There are some things they should mention with it being on the golf course. The small back yard you need to be careful being out there due to stray golf balls flying into the yard. One missed my grandson by inches. We didn't go out there after that. Also, it needs some house updates, mattress in one bedroom very old, screen on slider broken, upstairs fan in bathroom never shut off, rusty outdoor patio furniture and the inside around the island in the kitchen smells like animal urine. No parking was a bummer too. The ad states 3 cars max, but it is really only 2. The lay out of the house was nice and the location, but don't think we would stay there again.

The house was in a great location and we very much enjoyed the holiday weekend. There were a few disappointments. The outdoor furniture and grill were completely unusable. Both were rusted and filthy, so an outdoor barbecue was out of the question. Just FYI for others

We were very impressed with the home. It accommodated our 6 adults and 2 children excellently. Location a little far from downtown Seaside beach restaurants but was totally not an issue. The owners have paid attention to all the details of providing a comfortable space.

This was our second stay here. We find it perfect for our family. There are many things to do in the unit, plus lots of cute nooks and crannies for relaxing. The beach is a short walk away, with Seaside attractions just down the promenade.

Overall stay was great. Would come back and stay again, no question. Thank you!

Great place just a few things need to be addressed

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable home that was in a fantastic location. Great home for kids and adults, easy walk to a market, beach or the promenade to get downtown.

This was our second year staying at Mikes house. There were many more amenities for children this year (pack and play and lots of beach toys in the garage). The location can’t be beat. Far enough from the boardwalk to be away from the crowds, but a short 20min walk or 5min drive to get there. Awesome quiet beach is only a 5min walk away. My husband and father love the golf course being right behind the house. The ease of access and layout of the house are all great. This is definitely our go to spot now.

We loved this location. Bigger than we thought. We were banking on the “office” being a room with a door but it was just the upstairs space in front of the two other rooms. All the rooms being upstairs was nice! Would stay again!

This property was great for our group of five. We cooked for our extended family and had plenty of room. There’s a two car limit for parking, but there is available street parking within 5 minute walk. I appreciated the hot/cold outdoor spigot, and so did my dog. Bed mattresses could have been a bit better.

Great spot for our needs. Clean. Ping-pong/pool table were fun to have.

Nice townhome with fenced backyard. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Clean, large master bedroom and bath. Lots of electronics.

Liked this VRBO and it’s community a lot. We were able to walk to the local beach in a matter of minutes and drive to the down towns of Seaside and Cannon Beaches in about the same. We enjoyed the roomy open concept and ample sleeping areas as well as the entertainment amenities available.

The house was fantastic, family friendly and very well stocked. It had everything you could imagine to entertain a family and get everyone hanging out together. Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood and close to some great places to eat. We had such a relaxing vacation. Thanks

We have been staying at this house for our family vacation for at least 7 years now and it is THE BEST place! Always a wonderful time and fantastic house for us all!

This was a family friendly home with sand toys, bikes and games. We had a comfortable stay.

The property was great, second time using the rental was kind of hoping that there would of been a new BBQ grill!Which definitely needs to be replaced.

What an amazing place to stay. Clean, close to everything, and excellent communication from Host. My wife and 2 adult kids stayed for Mother's Day weekend and had an amazing time. Most of the time we ran around but the house was our safe zone (rest spot). We played games and enjoyed all the extra's the listing comes with. My son forgot his hat he purchased there and the housekeeping staff found it and mailed it back! Made his day and solidified the listings greatness. Stay here!! This is the listing we will request every time from here on out.
