Great Location! Close to Everything! Game Room! Perfect for Family & Friends!

Great location!

Very clean, family friendly, especially for babies and toddlers. Had all the necessary items. Only problem we had was a water leak but owner was very responsive to our text!

The host was very helpful to us and we enjoyed our stay . There was some extras in the kitchen that was very helpful ! Bed was very comfortable!

Greenlights and Sunshine was the perfect home for our family of six! The game room was a huge hit, especially the ping pong table. The community and common area near the little river was very nice. The host was very communicative and helpful. Check in and check out was very easy. There were signs around the house that were very helpful as well. The house was very clean. It was in a great location too! We would definitely like to stay here again.

The area was more than enough room for gathering and also time alone..everything was clean and fresh, the decorations in each room was lovely and inviting, cozy and inviting. Very family friendly..cooking utensils could be a little updated especially the skillets..the host was very accomendating, friendly and hospitable..would recommend this property to anyone..and would return

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. It was so close to all the fun activities in Pigeon Forge and just a short drive to Gatlinburg. My kids were thrilled with the game room and spent all of their time there when we were at the home. The house was super clean and the host was incredibly accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again for any future trips to Pigeon Forge.

We had 3 adults, an 11 year old, and a 7 year old, and this place was perfect! During our downtime, the kids played in the game room while the adults relaxed on the back deck. We loved it, and would definitely stay here again!

This location is GREAT! Close to so many activities but quiet when you need to unwind. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Friendly host, great location, clean space with helpful reminders all around of how to use and care for the space. The gaming area downstairs is AWESOME. We had a stressful drive in and that space really helped up start off our trip on a high note by letting us let loose and have fun. Great place, have already recommended it to other Dollywood friends!

The location was so convenient to the Parkway. The game room was great for all ages. Thank you for opening your home for us to rent for these few days. I have stayed here twice and have had great experiences both times. It’s comfortable, cozy and convenient to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. There are no steep hills or windy roads to reach the house from all the area has to offer!

Greenlights and Sunshine was an awesome place for us to gather and have a little family time. It was a well appointed house with lots of extras that we weren’t expecting in making this trip a great experience. There were herbs, spices, and condiments in the kitchen to enhance our meals and cooking supplies we do not usually have access to in a VRBO facility. We had a couple of bumps in the road, but the owner was quick to respond and find us a solution to keep our schedule from being interrupted. The owners were easy to work with from start to finish and as a family in ministry gathering from southeastern TN to Central VA that is absolutely necessary!! There are many other things to be said, but we will conclude with the thought of looking forward to when we might be able to once again gather at Greenlights and Sunshine to enjoy sharing time with our family!!

Everything about the property was great. Plenty of space for everyone. We really enjoyed the game room.

This was a great house for our family including kids ages 2 and 5. The house was clean. It was decorated for the holidays which was a huge bonus. And the game room was super fun! I did contact the owner about the heater downstairs the first day and the owners responded immediately and were able to assist remotely. Very responsive. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was great. It's located in a quiet community just a short drive to so many attractions. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. We all enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of room for my family of 7. I would definitely recommend this property and plan on returning in the future.

We’re a group of senior ladies who travel together a few times a year. Because driving at night in unfamiliar surroundings is an issue for us, we were looking for something close to the attractions. Great location for our quartet to stay for 3 nights while attending the National Quartet Convention. Very close to parkway but in a nice quiet subdivision. Property was clean and spacious. Nice sized BRs with comfortable beds. Definitely met our needs for this stay. Cynthia was a fantastic host and easy to contact. Definitely would book again. Highly recommend.

We have stayed here twice now and have enjoyed our stay each time. I will say the place was not quite as clean this stay as the last. Nothing major but we could tell a difference. The bed is very comfortable which is a huge plus for us.
