Great Location - 4 Bikes - Recently Renovated

We stayed a week with 9 family members ages ranging from 15-75 and we had the best time. The house was perfectly sized for everyone to have enough space and still feel cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed and management responded quickly with any questions we had. The pool, beach, and village boutiques/restaurants were fun, convenient and kept us more than entertained. We definitely will book again!

Future renters be AWARE! We rented this property for a large family vacation because it appeared to have enough space & beds for everyone. Unfortunately, we encountered numerous maintenance & safety issues throughout our stay.We discovered the trundle bed was broken & unusable, leaving us short a bed The king bed on the 2nd floor was also damaged, w/part of the metal footboard frame popping out & exposing sharp metal. The carpets and couch had multiple stains, worn cookware, broken dishwasher, & shower door was broken and would get stuck.I immediately contacted the host and was told maintenance had been notified. A representative visited the next day but could not resolve the issues and said maintenance would return. No one ever did. A few days later, I was informed the trundle bed could not be repaired.My niece repeatedly complained that the 3rd floor was extremely hot. We later learned the owners were already aware of the AC issue and were waiting on a part, yet the property was still being rented. On Thurs, the 2nd AC unit stopped working as well.This was especially concerning because our group included an infant and young children. After repeated calls and texts, I finally reached someone on the emergency line who assured me help would be coming but no one arrived that evening. The next day after continue follow ups. HVAC arrived at 4pm The maintenance issues, delayed repairs, poor communication & AC issues significantly affected our stay. Would not recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is lovely and clean. The area was really quiet and felt safe with security patrolling the grounds. Management is great at responding. We loved the location of the house being within walking distance to Alys and Rosemary beach. The pool is amazing but it was very cold during our mid march trip. The tram service made it easy to get around. The private beach area did get really crowded during our spring break visit but that was expected during this time. We will definitely be back!

Home was neat and clean. We did not use the pool facilities. We opted for the beach instead.

The property maintenance was very obviously neglected. Our furniture had a blood stain on it, a banister was missing on the 3rd floor porch that created a hole a child could fall through, the carpet was curled up and a tripping hazard children. Very disappointing stay.

We visit this neighborhood every year, and you simply can't beat the location. The tram to the beach is perfect for families with young kids, the pool is great, and biking to Rosemary for dinner and other activities is quick and convenient. This was our first time staying in this particular house, and it was spacious enough for our group of ten. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the back patio. However, the house does need some updates. There were a few holes in the walls, the couch arm was falling off, and there were dirty spots on the paint throughout the house. It is nothing terrible, it is just not as pristine of a house as others we have stayed in in the neighborhood. Despite these issues, we would consider staying here again due to the reasonable price.

Everything was great. The space was perfect for all 12 of us - two moms and a large group of kids. The only recommendation I have is to check the bike locks. We struggled with them all week - two did not work and were stuck locked. The management company removed them but did not replace the locks. When we called to have them replaced, the existing codes didn't work. Our riding time was limited trying to get the locks right (extremely important to lock up the bikes as they can easily be stolen). Otherwise, absolutely great home.
