Great Location 30 minutes from Storyland, Santa’s Village & North Conway

Perfect place to stay with family or friends.

Excellent home. The house was perfect. The condo had absolutely everything. Beautiful views from the deck. Plenty of room and toys for the grandkids. The parking area spots allocated for the condo were occupied by other tenants. I highly recommend.

The views were unbelievable. Excellent vacation home for children. Plenty of room. 35 minutes from Santas Village.

Our biggest issue was that the timeframe of our travel didn’t allow us to access the garbage site due to the sites hours. This was no fault of the owners but made it more of a hassle. House was very clean and had stocked kitchen supplies. House was hot upstairs and fans didn’t cool down as effectively as we thought, as the house doesn’t have ac which we missed reading on its site. Overall a nice cozy townhouse to stay, location though does not support delivery food options from what we could see

The condo was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed and fit 11 people comfortably. Great location and excellent price for the area

Very clean, comfortable and spacious! My sister and I stayed with our families and had a wonderful time! Very impressed with the accommodations. We have stayed in the area in similar townhouses and prefer the layout and decor this one has to offer. Located within walking distance of Mount Washington Resort, great hiking trails and Santa’s Village within 30 minutes. We definitely recommend this property and will be back!

This town house had everything needed for 10 people ranging from 1 to adult. Plenty of toys to keep the children occupied. There was also lots of room for all with comfortable beds and furniture, a nice fireplace, and all you need to make a meal. We visited Santas Village, it was a great location, less than half hour. The owners were very responsive and accomodating. We would love to return next year!

One of my family members had a welcome reception for her wedding at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel followed by the wedding and reception at Omni Rosebrook Lodge. Fantastic location close to both venues. We could see the gondola and Rosebrook Lodge from the back deck of the unit. We loved the unit. Plenty of room for the 9 people who stayed. 4 bedrooms all with king beds. Two of the bedrooms have on suite bathrooms. The lower bedrooms share a bathroom. Half bath on the main floor. Lots of space to get ready for the wedding. We did some exploring and saw the beautiful fall foliage. I can't imaging how fun this unit would be if you were an avid skier! Such a fantastic location. Would stay here again and would recommend for a vacation and/or a place to stay for a wedding at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel. Well kept, clean with everything we needed.

Our favorite place to stay! We look forward to staying here every year. The condo has everything we need and the location is superb; in the middle between North Conway and Lincoln. The view of Bretton Woods is gorgeous and Mt Washington is right around the corner. We love to walk the Loop too. Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy.

The rental unit was very quiet and comfortable. The location to the Mt Washington was conveniently located. Unit was fully equipped with everything that you could need. Great stay.

The property was beautiful, a stunning view of the mountain, comfortable beds and furniture, a well equipped kitchen and a perfect location

We spent 3 days with our extended family going to Santas village. This is our second time staying in this lovely condo and it was just as good as we remember! Everything is clean, not broken, great family room in the basement with kids toys. Only wish it had a/c bit the basement bedroom stay cool.
