Great home with Ping-Pong table - walk to the beach & Sunset Lake

Beautiful house, quiet neighborhood and easy access to so many attractions! Our kids loved it and are already asking to go back.

House was awesome!! Clean and so many amenities!

Everything was perfect - the only comment would be regarding a high amount of dust on all artificial plants and misc decor, as well as noting pre existing stains. But the house fit our vacation perfectly.

Girls weekend, enjoyed proximity to Astoriaand Cannon Beach. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with necessities and neighborhood was quiet.

Beautiful spacious house with nice livingroom and kitchen. The beach is a fairly wild narrow walk through the woods, but we walked the road instead and it was nice. Down the highway a few miles was a nice Oregon gift shop with marionberry pie which was definitely worth the calories.

We really did enjoy your stay. The house is beautiful nice room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was great. The only concern was the potholes in the road coming in from the main road. Being gravel they were rather full and we didn’t see them the first time around. After the rain, however they were pretty easy to spot. Other than that, everything was great.

Everything was great the house was wonderful the two complaints I lost a pair of headphones and earbuds and got a sinus infection after two days out here and never had one before so that was a bummer but I would say one of the best vacation with family I have had in a long time

It was clean on the inside for sure. Just a little dirty outside but not bad. We had a great time and it was very comfy.

Cons: 1. We booked with the ability to have three beds and a pull out couch. Arrived later in the evening and were ready to go to bed, but there was no pull out couch! This did not accommodate our family and was an inaccurate description. Horrible sleeping! 2. the bedding in the master was dirty and did not look clean (long black hair in the sheets). The comforter has multiple stains; the throw pillows have multiple stains. These should be cleaned or thrown out!3. The second night we bought steaks and decided to grill. However, the grill was extremely dirty! And the propane was very low so we decided against it. Not the vacation we were hoping for.4. Other issues: dirty glasses in the cupboard, reclining couches were broken, countertops were chipped at all corners and missing trim, the second step up to the door was very loose, and all the stairs were slippery. We were also not super excited about the pothole dirt road leading up to the house. The Wi-Fi password was listed wrong, so we had to call to figure out why it wasn't working. The maintenance was a low priority (gutters were so full the rainwater was spilling over); cleaning was lacking.Pros: 1. thoughtful labels on all the doors and lights; 2. soaps and shampoo; 3. nice layout; lots of blankets. There was one weird thing with a double bunk bed with a sign on it that says for owner use only. This is not pictured in the listing so be aware of this if you have young children and are expecting to leave them in the

We loved this house! Everything was spotless, the linens nice, and the beds comfy. The house was well stocked with all the lights and drawers labeled, something I've never seen and really appreciated. The layout of the house was wonderful, my kids loved the foosball table. The location is very quiet and perfect for our family. We rode bikes to a sweet coffee shop and to the beach, and enjoyed the easy access to the Fort to Sea trail. We loved our stay and look forward to returning next year!

Had a very nice time. Great home with lots of amenities. The only downside was that it was not ready at checkin time. But we worked around this. We would stay here again.

The house was clean, comfortable and beds were great! The walking path was beautiful and fun!

We stay here every year after the event and it is for the most part perfect. Lots of cozy places to sleep and plenty of room to spread out if you prefer different things for entertainment. There’s an outdoor table and chairs along with two different rooms for movie options and a TV in the master room. Something for everybody. And our favorite part is coffee in the morning on one of the porches, in the peace and quiet.

Worked great for our convention

The walk to the beach was wonderful! Great open floor plan and well-stocked kitchen made meal times a breeze. Plenty to do with ping pong, Wii, and lots of games etc. Nice and private on a dead end, unpaved, road.
