Great Home, Great Price, Great Location, w/Custom Built Pool

Kim, the owner was extremely responsive. The checkin and check out process were easy. The home was immaculate. We were appreciative that this was a pet friendly home so we could bring our fur baby with us. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the Arizona sunshine. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and utensils. There were sufficient pool and bath towels as well. Perfect for a family get away.

Kim was an awesome host! She was so nice and helpful with any questions I had! The home is beautiful and the pool is spectacular. Everything was sparkling clean. We live in Wichita, Kansas and went to Glendale for our granddaughter’s high school graduation. This was the best location…only 15 minutes from State Farm Arena.

The home is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, and convenient to family, restaurants and shopping. Check in and check out was easy and instructions were given ahead of time. Kim is a great host and we hope to be able to stay in her home again!

We had a great stay with our family. The home was roomy, open, with a great pool. We liked the duel living spaces, the roomy kitchen, and the open feeling of the home.

Great House! The house smelled so clean when we walked in, but after the first day we found a few things the cleaners missed. We contacted Kim and she sent someone to fix it right away. Kim is extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. After our stay we let her know of a couple of things that needed fixing in the house and she had someone there the very next day, she sent pictures to show us it was taken care of properly. The house is in a great location, very convenient to all kinds of activities and stores. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean and comfortable home. It’s obvious the owner takes pride in the home and strives to maintain very high standards. However, this rental has far more rules and restrictions than any we have ever stayed in. It made the stay slightly less enjoyable than it might have been otherwise.

Home was very clean and convenient to whatever we needed. Plenty of space for everyone and the yard is beautiful. One small downside is that the shower doesn’t stay hot very long. Loved our stay.

Everything about Kim Fletcher’s homes are wonderful. We have rented her homes for many years and have never been disappointed. They are well appointed and very clean. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. The refrigerator is spotless and all used condiments removed. (A big plus for us.) We’ll be back in one for Christmas and looking forward to our stay!

The home was beautiful and located in a great neighborhood, but the pool was freezing, and no one came to help us get it heated. The owner was available by phone with full instructions, but it wasn’t easy for me to figure out.By the time we finally figured out how to manage it ourselves, it was too late to enjoy the pool. There also weren’t any basic toiletries provided, like shampoo or conditioner, which are usually standard in a rental home.

The location was perfect for us - very convenient access to restaurants as well as visiting family and the wedding venue. The house was impeccable and perfect. The pool was a wonderful amenity - very relaxing and a nice respite.

We have stayed at this property for the last 5 years. We absolutely love the house and the location that is close by all our favorites places to shop. Kim always repsonds quickly when we have any questions. Can't wait until our stay next year.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The instructions for the property were clear and check in was super easy. The pool was very nice and we had a very fun weekend. We hope to go back again.

This property is lovely and totally clean. The neighborhood is great and the location very handy. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. One heads up, they don't provide bath soap or kleenexes, but do provide hand soap. No big deal but I've never ran into that before.

Great quiet neighborhood that is close to P83. Relaxing pool with waterfall and plenty of indoor space.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Convenient to lots of restaurants etc and the 101. Home is nice and very functional. Might suggest updates to master bathroom and addition of ceiling fan on the back porch. Property manager was extremely prompt to assist with a problem with garage door. I recommend this home.

Neighborhood is quiet, nice pool. Owner addressed problems on timely basis. Close to hiking and golfing. However, we were appalled with the amount of dirt and dog hair in the bedroom carpets. Luckily there was a vacuum cleaner available. Also had to wash the coverlets on the beds because of dog hair. Would not recommend this home for long term rental ( we rented 49 nights) . Basic necessities detergent, shampoo, toilet paper, etc provided would suffice for short term renters or not provided at all. This has not been our experience with prior long term VRBO rentals.

House was perfect for our family of 6 in town for a wedding. Kim was quickly responsive when we had an internet issue. Highly recommend.

The house was true to the listing, and was very comfortable. Kim was very responsive when we had a question. The yard was great for our dogs, and the outdoor space was nice and relaxing. The neighborhood is great with green spaces and a park within walking distance. It's a quick drive to many restaurants, the mall, and all amenities.

Owner of this home is very friendly and prompt in responding to any messages or concerns about the home. Myself, 6 adults, 3 toddlers, and 2 dogs had a great time and plenty of space to spread out. We recommend this stay to anyone and have been very pleased!

My family came to stay for Christmas while visiting my daughter who lives in Arizona. The home is roomy and had plenty of space for us all. The owner was available very quickly and resolved any issues we had. We will definitely stay again!

We came to attend a Cardinals game in Glendale. The home was just as advertised, the hostess communications friendly and timely, and the facilities well appointed.If we return to the area we will be back.

This home has everything we needed. It is near shopping and sports and 1/2 mile from the freeway. The home is clean and well kept. Would not hesitate staying there again.

I loved the property.2 of the bedroom smelled of urine and poop. the previous guests i assume had dogs and kept them in the 2 rooms in which my sister had dog allergies.It also would have been nice if a mattress top was applied everyone complained about the beds were hard and very uncomptable.my grand kids was over and the water was so cold in which thats what we do is our time together.but its my fault i did not let her know in time to adequate warm the pool.i really loved this place and will rent again.im sure all of the minor details imention will be corrected in the future.

The home is beautiful! Had to call once thought we where having hot water issues only to find out the handle was backwards that was is very clean

Home was very clean and nicely appointed. Linens were quality and furniture was comfortable. Backyard and pool were both beautiful. Our visit was early September. Kitchen had everything we needed, we only cooked breakfast. Large enough for 6-8 adults comfortably. Communication with host was great. Would definitely stay here again.
