Stayed Feb 13, 2026Our stay at this property was a five star experience. We came to ND to visit our daughter and catch a couple of sporting events. House is very close to campus. The attention to detail was top notch. Coffee bar, plenty of towels, hangers on doors, ice trays. They really have thought of everything for a perfect stay. The access to live tv and a great basement to watch any sporting event. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Fantastic! Great communication from the host, very clean and newly updated. Brand new kitchen and appliances, extra pillows, nicely decorated with a bold but tasteful ND theme. Perfect for a game weekend! Includes all bedding, towels etc and everything was impeccably clean. The home itself was nicer than those next to it, but it was a quiet street and our family of 5 (kids 11, 15, 17) walked to campus and felt safe on the recommended route before and after the game. (Took about 25 minutes to walk to Campus) We did a tour on Friday, game on Saturday and topped off the weekend with Mass at the Basilica on Sunday and one last stop at the Grotto before leaving town. It was the perfect weekend for us. We already miss it! Highly recommended!

Stayed Sep 12, 2025The home is updated and comfortable including decor any Irish fan will love. Photos of ND athletes that shared their high school alma mater with the owner was a cool touch, as well. The house is close to ND and is also walkable to Eddy Street. Owner could not have been nicer in communicating with us before, during and after our stay. Great place for a football weekend in South Bend!

Stayed Aug 26, 2025This home was a truly wonderful find for our long weekend in South Bend. The location is unbeatable for anyone with ties to Notre Dame; the walk to campus is extremely easy, and getting an Uber was a breeze. What really stood out was the quality of the home itself. It is sparkling clean, newly renovated, and beautifully decorated. It’s obvious that this is a full-time rental, which was a huge plus for us. We've stayed at other places in the area that felt cluttered and personal (think pink bunk beds with Disneyland sheets), and this was the complete opposite. It's professionally set up, with a designer's touch that makes it feel both comfortable and stylish. We were able to walk right in and make ourselves at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely book here again. All of these options capture the key elements you mentioned: the beautiful and clean home, the great location, the professional full-time rental feel, and the contrast with other less-professional rentals you've experienced.
