Great Golf Course Home

This was our second year in this house (1 mth last year, 6 wks this year) and we have already reserved it for the same period next year. The owner is very accommodating and we love the location, view & amenities.

Beautiful home and setting, nice neighborhood, and great proximity to important amenities. While the owner is beginning upgrades, the fifty-year-old house is starting to show its age in a few areas, namely, the blower fan is unacceptably loud, the hot water system needs to be upgraded, and the patio sliders need replacing. Also, the step down in the excellent new pool needs a safety railing. Finally, beautiful area, but too many people competing for too few resources.

We've been coming to the desert for 20+ years and this is the first time we've rented a detached house. We felt very much at home in the house and enjoyed our stay very much, with our satisfaction further supported by positive comments from family who stayed with us and friends with residences in the desert who visited us. The house is adjacent to the 8th fairway of the golf course and during our month stay, we collected about 2 dozen golf balls in the pool & backyard, but no damage to the house nor tenants. The owner is very attentive and we have committed to returning next year for a longer stay.

We had a great stay and the location was awesome! Gary was a great host. Our only suggestion would be that the living room couches could be replaced as they weren’t very comfortable.

Excellent property. Pool and spa easily managed. Well equipped with everything you need. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house is very nice and the yard has recently been redone. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning and watching the golfers go by. There is a stray golf ball that ends up in the yard occasionally. The backyard also has great views of the mountains. We also enjoyed daily walks in the neighborhood and was able to enjoy looking at the different style homes. Gary, the host was very responsive! Would stay here again when in Palm Springs.

We enjoy having this beautiful house on the golf course to relax and enjoy our time in Palm Springs. the owner is great to communicate with and always very good at helping with things we may need. Look forward to being there next year all being well.

We loved the location of this property. As we are golfers, when we were not on the course we would sit on the patio and watch others players going by. It is also in the path of oncoming balls from the 8th tee box, so one had to be aware all the time. The home is very comfortable as far as the furnishings and space. Loved the gas range, and the kitchen allowed for entertaining and visiting at the same time. Worked on our computers at the breakfast counter every morning and relaxed on the patio later in the day. Just an all around great place to be! We have re-booked for 2020, everything being good with health, etc. Thanks Gary & Derek.

You will love this home. Very quiet, beautiful, neighborhood . This home is very spacious and well equipped. Just be careful of errant golf balls into the back yard. Gary answered any questions we had immediately. Very neat and clean home. Margaret Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
