Great for large groups, sleeps 20 , Fontana on Geneva Lake

This house is awesome!! I rented it for our bridal party for my wedding at Starline Factory in early September. It holds 20 people so it was perfect and one of the only rental properties in the area that could hold that many people (and was available). The house is stocked. There are so many rooms. Many bathrooms as well which was nice for the different couples. You could get lost in this house and we did for the first day lol. I could see this being perfect for multiple families as there are different 'sections' and each has their own living room & kitchen area it seemed. At least 3. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with a large group for a bachelorette. It is such an amazing house with enough space for everyone. The house is very well maintained and the host is very responsive. Would come back and stay again!

This house is funtastic! The layout gave our 3-generation family of 11 plenty of room to spread out and relax privately while also offering several beautiful spaces to gather as a family. The nearby Blue Heaven Ice Cream store was a huge hit!

Our extended family had a great time staying at this home in Fontana! Lots of space for everyone and an amazing locations!

Great home for our three families with children and grandparents. Not much yard to play in, but very close to beach, ice cream shop and coffee shop.

Our 12 member, 3 generation family, ages 3-81, found Heritage House to suit us well for our annual family vacation. The tree House was enjoyed by the family of six, while Heritage Suites and The Boat House fit the needs of the rest of the family. The Boat House was our main kitchen where dinners were cooked and enjoyed by all in the large gathering room. This room also provided many opportunities for family games. It was nice having the various areas with their own air conditioning controls, but an upgrade in toilet paper would have been appreciated by all.Heritage House is nicely located for walking to the beach, the ice cream shop and nearby short hikes. We greatly appreciated the 10 free passes to the beach which was just right for our family, since there were 2 children 5 and under. There were 4 folder chairs at the house, so we brought 4 more along with beach towels and a beach blanket which worked well for our beach days and while watching the wonderful fireworks show at Fontana Beach on July 4th. The town of Lake Geneva was not far, so we were able to drive there and walk along the Lake trail past numerous mansions before a quick lunch and enjoying other aspects of the town. Checking in an out required little effort. Thank you John for your quick response to my questions and providing our family with another memorable family vacation.

The house had plenty of space for all of the 15 people in our family. We especially loved the separate units for the privacy of the family.

We enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our long weekend ladies retreat. Having the separate kitchens and the central gathering room made for a great time for meals and group activities.

15 adults and an infant came to spend time celebrating a 90th birthday. There was room for everyone.

A very positive experience

My children and grandchildren joined us for our first trip to Geneva Lake. I'm so glad we choose this location (Fontana-on-Lake-Geneva) as it was much more quiet than the other side of the lake that has all of the shops, traffic and tourists. The large family room was the location for our meals, singing, games and memories. The separate apartments allowed individual family units some privacy away from the larger group and the little ones to take their naps. If you're looking for a quiet gathering and some family time, this place is it!

The Heritage House is as advertised. The separate apartments allowed each of family units to be in their own space. The location is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Yet it is quite. John is responsive and very accommodating.

We had a great time at the property! Everything went well!

The teens enjoyed the ping pong and walking to the beach to play volleyball. The fire pit and grill on the patio were very nice.

We rented this for a wedding and it was perfect. It offered us plenty of gathering space along with private areas.
