Great Family Weekly Rental House Located Across The Street From Wells Beach

Was an excellent stay Sandra was a great host, and property was wonderful across the street from beach could sit on front porch and watch the waves, very comfortable and everything we needed was there.

Wonderful location

Despite the oppressive humidity we endured for the first 5 days, I give this place a 5 star based on the owner's attentiveness and the house location. Pros: Location Attentive owner Beds comfortable Cleanliness So many porches to choose from :) Cons: House uncomfortable if high humidity otherwise amazing (bring own fans) Everything is upfront in the listing in terms of the need to bring own sheets/towels and no washer/dryer. I only listed that con because it was very uncomfortable due to the weather. We let the owner know the fans she had were not useful. We went and bought our own which made it doable. Once the humidity dropped it was the perfect house. I wish we had that weather the whole week. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be a hop, skip and a jump from the beach.

Sandy was great and available if we needed anything. The house was everything we hoped for. Typically we eat out all the time and try different beaches on our vacations but we cooked in and stayed home the entire trip. Unless we were in search for the perfect lobster roll. We were at the beach everyday multiple times. It’s hard not to be, Sandy has a great spot right across from a public way.

The house had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Loved the front and back decks. Watch the sunrise and the sunset. Can hear the ocean as it lulls you to sleep. Beach access right across the street.

If you are looking for a house in Wells Beach, this house is exactly as advertised and our group had a great time. The owner was very nice and helpful. Pleasantly surprising things we didnt know: This house was at the quiet end of the beach where the shore is very deep and you always had plenty of room and a perfect beach spot all day long. The longer we were there the more we realized what a huge benefit this was. Also, there are beautiful water views from BOTH sides of the house which we hadn't realized and the estuary behind the house makes the back deck that much more lovely. People in this community are physically close (property wise) and neighborly. It's harmonious and warm and you feel as though you are immersed in the Wells Beach experience. If you know you need lots of space and privacy and want to walk around naked on your deck, chose another location. You do need to bring your own linens. We forgot dish towels and bath mats and that was a bummer.

Perfect house to rent! Clean, spacious, and across the street is walkway to beach. Everything there that you need for a great vacation!

Clean and comfortable home right at beach. No air conditioning but didn't need it with amazing breeze off the water. Every thing we needed was there. Sandra was great.

The house was just great, on top of a really convenient location! The house has lots of space and the beds were very comfortable. We went the first few days not thinking there was any cable, but it just turned out my younger sister did not know how to work the TV, lol! The owner was fabulous - super friendly, easy going and available for any questions you may have. Needless to say, we will definitely be back :)
