Stayed Apr 2, 2026Check-in was easy and convenient, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the home upon arrival. It did not appear to have been properly cleaned—there was no tissue in the restroom, one of the toilet seats was not tightened, and the countertop was sticky.Additionally, the exterior was not well-maintained. There was a full trash can in front of the house and a suitcase left on the sidewalk beside it, which gave a poor first impression.Overall, while the check-in process was smooth, the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail affected the comfort of our stay.
