Stayed Jul 25, 2020We had a wonderful stay. The beach was great. But the unit was in DIRE need of updating and a face lift. The furniture was literally breaking at the seams, living area chairs with soil marks on the fabric, etc. Bedroom drapes had the valance broken and hanging on one side. The worse part for me was the HUGE roach / palmetto bug in the master bedroom! I have lived in South FL over 40 years and no, they're not normal or expected to have indoors as I was told by Property Management when I complained. After seeing the insect I looked around and the master carpet had roach legs in several areas. I was disgusted and terrified of seeing another one the entire stay. The grounds and gardens in the complex are also not very manicured which lends itself to bugs. The complexes on either side of this one were WAY nicer as well as the grounds and outdoor areas.

Stayed Feb 29, 2020We had a wonderful time at Coquina Beach. The unit was very nice, the pool was great and our own walk out to the beach was handy. The only complaint we had were the beach chairs were way too flimsy.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Sanibel has been our regular winter escape for the last 15 years. 14 of those escapes have been in this complex (Coquina Beach) in 3 other units. This unit has perfect location, great view, well maintained and furnished. We reserved this unit for next year before we left for home.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location. Condo is well stocked with all your needs. Beach is a short walk from the condo. Pool was heated and very warm. Owner was helpful and gave wonderful suggestions about the area. Very pleased with this rental.
