Stayed May 7, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this Nantucket property! Our group of 6 was very comfortable throughout — the house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms so no one felt cramped. One of the biggest highlights was the location; it’s an easy walk into town, which made exploring shops, restaurants, and the waterfront incredibly convenient.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which we appreciated.There were a few things that fell short of expectations. The bikes that come with the property all had flat tires, and the only air pump available required a vehicle to use. This meant we had to rent bikes from a local shop downtown — an unexpected added expense we hadn’t budgeted for. A simple hand or floor pump on-site would go a long way.The house also wasn’t fully stocked with toilet paper, which is a basic essential that should always be covered. It gave us the overall impression that the host hasn’t visited the property recently to ensure everything is in order for guests.The most concerning issue was a door on the 2nd floor patio that doesn’t lock properly — it blew open twice during the night, which was both disruptive and a security concern. We were told a new lock has been ordered, so hopefully that’s resolved for future guests.When we raised our concerns, he did work with us and agreed to a 200 refund as a compromise after we requested the 450 cleaning fee be waived — so credit where it’s due for being willing to negotiate.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025Great Location! The only reason i didn't give it 5 was the heat in the house didn’t work well. Couldn't get the house warmer than 68. It was cold outside and snowing at times. We had 7 people and the bedroom offerings were great. Constant construction going on around the house, so noisy at times. Ample cooking stuff and utensils. We had a wonderful thanksgiving and birthday party. Owner very responsible and was in communication.

Stayed May 15, 2025I rented this house with 7 other friends for a long weekend on Nantucket and it was great. The walk into town wasn't too bad (maybe a mile), the house had everything we needed and there was plenty of bathrooms for when it was time to get ready.The owner was communicative and informative. I would definitely rent this house for a larger group again.
