Great 3 bedroom rental unit near Logan Square

Safe, quiet, comfortable, and clean! We had everything we needed. As others have said, parking was tricky, but I found a spot on the corner, then was able to move right in front of unit first thing in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at David’s home was excellent! He was Very accommodating and communicative. The area was nice, quiet, many stores near by and walkable! Not too far from the city either. I enjoyed my stay here with friends. :)

We did ok...but street parking could be an issue. Other than that, this vrbo was one of the BEST. Attention to detail was superb. Comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, very spacious.

It was a very nice, clean and functional place. We loved the kitchen, very well equipped with a lovely coffee station. The bathroom was clean and they provide plenty of towels which we truly appreciate, comfortable beds and pillows. We really enjoyed this place and location is great also

This was a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood! We had all we needed for our stay. David answered all my questions and was there to help with anything I needed. In walking distance to some places to eat. I loved Chicago and look forward to visiting again. Loved that each room had a TV as we had 3 adults and 2 teens.

There is a yummy coffee shop nearby “Moonwalker Cafe”.

The house was cute, parking is street parallel parking and was tricky at times. The beds were very firm and there was no book/explanation of what to do for checking out or house explanations but it was clean- cute- had everything we needed and perfect for our long weekend of exploring in Chicago! We would stay again!

We had a great stay at David’s place! He had excellent communication. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of clean, folded towels available. Coffee shop down the street in walking distance was great! No issue finding parking spots on the street. Would definitely recommend!

Clean, spacious place. Everything you need is in walking distance and we never struggled to find street parking.

Overall, a great stay! The property was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, Google assistant to play music, and a towel warmer that made it feel extra cozy. Shops and Restaurants were near by, but still the neighborhood and building were quiet. The only small inconvenience was finding parking since there wasn’t a designated space. I’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent host with good communication & he does some extra things for the guests! The place is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is super nice & he provided coffee, cream & sweeteners. The outside is landscaped and decorated for the season! Overall an excellent place to stay in Chicago! Plus for me was it is close to my daughter’s house!

Our stay was fantastic! David was very accommodating in letting us put our luggage in a safe environment until we were ready to settle in. The entire atmosphere made you feel at home. Everything was very clean and organized. The kitchen was great with all the condiments needed for the Keurig coffee machine. The bathroom was very well stocked with towels and toilet paper. All of the soap, shampoo and conditioner containers were labeled neatly. He also has one of the best looking lawns in the neighborhood. It is obvious he takes pride in this property. We would stay there again given the opportunity. Thanks David for making our stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in Chicago.The apartment is clean, well-kept, and located in a very convenient area. It had everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay. A grocery store with a wide variety of fresh food was just a few blocks away.I would highly recommend this apparent!

We came for Thursday Lollapalooza and a Friday Cubs game. Easy check in at the apartment and we were very satisfied with all aspects of the place!

We had a great stay. It was within what we consider walking distance to the Blue Line, which made it easy access to downtown Chicago. The home was clean and perfectly organized for what our family needed. The host was very helpful the few times we contacted him. Definitely recommend

I highly recommend this house! Spacious and separate three bedrooms is great. Moonwalk cafe is s short walk for breakfast. Bus line nearby. Friendly neighbors and not busy/loud neighborhood. The host is responsive and kept the house clean.

Lovely place in Avondale. Quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. Parking was perhaps a bit tricky, but manageable. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with this rental. The rooms were larger than they seemed from the photos, and it was a great place to relax after spending the day in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a nice café a few blocks away that we went to twice for breakfast.

Excellent location, close to the city and transportation but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Place was clean and host was great to work with.

Everything was as described! There are tvs in the bedrooms (which is hard to come by nowadays) a towel warmer in the bathroom and games to play! Only complaint I have is the parking; I ended up having to park in front of a fire hydrant both nights which is not good for obvious reasons but luckily I wasn’t ticketed (that I’m aware of) or towed. And that’s not something the owner could necessarily help either. But otherwise great stay! Nice home! Thank you!!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to several local restaurants, cafés, and gas stations. The host was friendly, and the apartment was clean with excellent amenities. The only minor issue was parking at night, but if you’re staying over the weekend, there are usually more spots available just a couple of blocks away. I would definitely recommend this place and will absolutely stay again!

A good neighborhood, about an hour away by public transport to places like Shedd and Adler. Clean and comfortable.

Over all it was an amzing apartment. The area felt extremely safe and welcoming with plenty of accommodations in walking distance. Parking was tough to find but as long as your willing to walk a lit bit its is manageable. Would recommend.

We had a good trip, everything worked as advertised, and we felt safe in the neighborhood and the home. Easy access to 90/94 and restaurants/groceries. Definitely feels like you're living in a classic Chicago neighborhood.

This is a really cute property close to a lot of neighborhood restaurants and bars. The host is really nice and even moved his car for us so we could have his spot when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great. Very spacious, had everything we needed to cook dinner. The owner was great and very helpful if we needed anything. Only downside is parking. It’s street parking and in a very tight area. However our host saved us a spot while we were out. Highly recommend.

The neighborhood was very cute, but parking was an issue. We also realized the second day that the windows in the front room were not locked, and one of them was open. The curtains had them covered so we didn’t think to check the first night in. Also, i think the vacant apartment upstairs was being actively shown, so when we were at the property, there were several different folks coming in and out. Overall, it was comfy for the two nights we stayed.

We were pleased with our stay. It met our needs. The only issue we had was the hot water in the bathtub/shower. It didn’t get hot, just tepid. The host had it checked out and said it was working. But we never got a hot shower. Parking was also an issue, but that’s the norm in Chicago.

The property listing was exactly as described. Very clean and quite spacious. We arrived at 530 pm and found adequate street parking. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with key necessities and the bathrooms provided plenty of towels and basic toiletries. Our host was responsive with any concerns too. David was a great host and responded super fast to our questions! The property is gorgeous and is super close to the blue line. The neighborhood is beautiful and had everything we needed within a 3-10 minute walk!

The property owner David, was very quick in answering my questions through email and always answered his phone. The property was very clean. We found everything in order. There were plenty of towels, washclothes and toiletries. There was plenty of hot water for 4 adults. The kitchen had clean and simple utensils for our use. This property came with 2.5 bedrooms all dressed with fitted sheets, top sheets, and a comforter. Two pillows provided and the closets were spacious. The beds were very comfortable. There was a TV in every room. We had no problems with Internet connection. If I were to be critical about one thing it would be the furnishings of the sitting area and the curtains in the living space. The couch was not very comfortable and the curtains were seethrough. Parking was available when we arrived.

Myself and 5 of my classmates from the University of Cincinnati were on a trip for one of our classes visiting Chicago. The place was exactly what we needed and had great connections to public transportation. David was a great host and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

Satisfied with cleanliness of property and location. On-street parking spaces can be difficult to find in the evening hours. Suggest using mass transit.
