Great 3 Bdrm 2 story, fantastic location on Asbury close to everything.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Brian's home had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked, there were beach chairs available, we didn't have to pack towels...the list goes on and on. I would 100% stay at Brian's home again.

Brian's home was perfect for a summer vacation in Ocean City. The house is better than it appears in photos, spotlessly clean and well-stocked. Brian communicated clearly and promptly whenever I had a question. The homes on the street are all well cared for and you can walk into the shopping area from the house. Beach access is a healthy walk or an easy bike ride. I hope to return Ocean City and Brian's home.

The unit is half an older duplex that has been extensively remodeled. 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 double. Single bathroom is tight, but nicely done with large shower and huge rainfall shower head. Kitchen has limited counter space, but was adequate for meals I cooked. Smallish fridge and dishwasher, but new. Nice back yard with off-street parking, which we only needed once. Comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. Owner was nice and responded to questions quickly.

The place was great! Perfect size. Very clean and had a lot of things at the house that were so useful for the beach. I have 2 very young ones so I wish we were a little closer to the beach but if they were a little older it would have been perfect. Definitely walking distance but not with two little ones. Will definitely be back again!

The house was clean & well maintained. The beds were super comfortable. The owner had beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes & beach towels available for us to use during our stay. Fantastic experience from beginning to end!

Nicely remodeled and great accommodations. Brian was very helpful with questions about check in and check out. We've been coming to Ocean City for years and this was the most comfortable rental we've stayed at.

This place was clean and had plenty of room for our family and was in walking distance to the beach and restaurants for our kiddos. Our family really enjoyed this cozy place and we really enjoyed that they had beach tags for us all set up and chairs for the beach. Awesome place!

Great little renovated house for 6 people. Nice closed back yard with porch for sitting in the early evening. All bedding included and the beds very comfortable. Brian was extremely prompt In getting back with you. Would recommend this property.

The beds were new and soooo comfortable. We are a family of five and the house felt very spacious. The house was in a prime location close to everything. The owner did a great job making sure everything was perfect.
