I am giving a rate of five because the host and the house were wonderful. The charm of the home itself was just up our alley, LOVED every bit of it. The space was perfect for our family of six and even next year, when the new one arrives, there will still be plenty of room for our Christmas gathering. I would however like to suggest that VRBO cease stating that “all fees are included” when, in fact they are not. They even offer things for extra cost. If all fees were truly included, these “extra” things would all be included.

Nice place. Plenty of room for large family. Spacious outside area was great for the kids to run around. No close neighbors so very private! Very clean. Host very responsive. Expect an older place like creaky stairs but that adds to the character. Upstairs king bed not the most comfortable but was ok given the overall house experience.

Was in town for a funeral & this house was everything we wanted. We brought bags to play outside which was a great way to reconnect with family. This 1930 house was quaintly decorated to the era including g a bear claw tub. We alsoPlayed crochet that was at the property. We wanted to mow the lawn longer grass made it difficult to play crochet. Also the picnic table in the VRBO could not be found.as the longer g
