Grandmas House

We enjoyed our stay, didn't use hottub, great location. Beds were big and soft, it was a great weekend.

Convenient location to all things in Colorado Springs. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The hot tubs was a bonus after a day of hiking. The neighborhood is quiet. I enjoyed the amenities of the home as it has everything you need!

The A/C wasn’t working and I soon as I let them know they had someone out to fix it right away, great communication!!

I would definitely stay here again! It was perfect for 4 of us! Everything very clean, organized, plenty of board games & cards to play, bathtub and stand up shower, hot tub very clean and nice.

The house was charming and cozy, exactly as described. The hot tub was an added bonus to retreat to after a busy day of sightseeing. We would definitely recommend a visit to Grandma's House to anyone!

The home was clean and welcoming. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and very well kept. I didn’t find email with the arrival instructions to get the key, but the host was easy to reach. After a quick two minute call we had the key and were inside. The views of the mountains from the neighborhood were great. The backyard is fenced in, though there were one or two spots where our Yorkies looked like they could have wedged themselves through if they’d put in some effort, but they enjoyed exploring the yard.There are plenty of shops, restaurants and grocery stores around. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came along.

We loved the house, it was perfect for two couples. Very comfortable beds and everything we could have wanted. The location was excellent for getting to Garden of the Gods and everything we wanted to do.

Older house with modern necessities. New appliances, very comfortable beds and pillows. There is one thing that you should know and that is if you're allergic to bees, this might not be the place for you because grandma has a garden out front and the bees were all over the place. We parked down on the street But the driveway is on a hill so it's just not convenient if you're allergic to bees. We would definitely recommend and we plan to stay there again if we're in the area.

We were looking forward to the outside area's. Unfortunately, it wasn't kept up. Needed to mowed and cleaned up and rock path to hot tub. Due to how bad it was was, we wete afraid to open or even use the hot tub. Very disappointed! First impression of the front door was poor as well with cob webs and dirty a front door. However beds were comfortable and the showers were decent.

We enjoyed our stay at Grandma's house! The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located with lots of activities and restaurant options close by. The house was cozy and very well stocked- we had anything and everything we needed. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and the hot tub was very nice to relax in after a long day of sight seeing. This rental is perfect for small families and a wonderful home away from home! Thank you for a great stay!

This house was very cozy. Always comfortable to come home after a long day and sit in the recliners, watch TV, and just relax. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The house was a great place to stay. Very comfortable and has a nice home away from home feel to it. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Zero traffic noise. Situated close to all the great places to visit while you're in Colorado Springs. And it has a hot tub...which I didn't use while there unfortunately. Anyway, I would 1000% stay there again. Communication with the host was always fast. Thank you for letting us stay in your house while there.

This home is so comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood is nice and is within about 10 - 12 minutes of most places we went. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a Wonderful stay at Grandma's house. We were in Colorado Springs for our Son's Graduation from College. We Loved the Mountain views from the backyard!! The neighborhood was nice and quiet!!We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of Adventures!! We would definitely stay at Grandma's house again!!

Cute, cozy home away from home! House was very clean and we had everything we needed for cooking, dining, showering, or hot tub. Communication was great and we had all the information provided that we needed for our stay!

This property was perfectly located for the nature of our visit. Had everything we needed other than a washer & dryer which I missed in its description. While we were primarily only sleeping at this home & loved the fact it has two king beds, they are very soft with the foam toppers on them & we never could get the tv’s in the bedrooms to work, but that could be user error.

Great place with no lack of necessities. Next time in CS, I will first look at Grandma's House availibility first before any other rental.

Great location for family/couple. Quiet neighborhood except for sidewalk repair going on during week. Close to good restaurants, shopping and area attractions. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was stocked well, and the house is close to everything we needed.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this home! The house was quick to warm or cool as we preferred, provided large and comfortable beds and pillows, was more than enough space for the two of us, had really hot water, and allowed us to fully relax in the wonderful hot tub. The property manager was quick to contact me regarding an unintentional issue from prior visitors and ensured it did not impact our stay. The location was within driving distance of several amazing sites and restaurants, but I’m not sure what public transportation would be available if needed. Aside from some city related construction it was a nice, quiet neighborhood! The home does have 6-7 steps (with a handrail) from the main living area to bedrooms and bathroom. It wasn’t an issue for our stay, though. Overall I highly recommend staying in this home.

The house was clean, very quiet neighborhood. They were very understanding & extended the stay, so my husband could have somewhere to stay, while i was in the hospital

We love coming to Colorada Springs and visiting our grandson that is now a junior at the US Air Force Academy. We also had a chance to attend the Air Force-Navy game. The house was in a great location for our trip. It is convenient to many restaurants and places to visit. On Sunday, we went to the Cave of Winds and had a great tour and experience. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a a nice treat to relax after exciting days at the game and walking several areas in Manitou Springs. I particularly appreciate the communications and flexibility of the owner to work with us as our plans changed during the trip. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to others.
