Grande at Canal Pointe home with golf nearby, tennis, pool, & washer/dryer

This was a really nice home. It was clean, comfortable, and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Beach supplies were a huge plus as it saved us from bringing our own. The shaded and fenced yard is great for dogs.

We booked for a week in August 2024 and had a fantastic time! Some minor issues with the drain in the kitchen and guest bathroom sink, but otherwise everything was A++. Nice outdoor space, very large grill, and fenced in back yard for the dog to run around and play. Also vVery close to both pools in the development.

This home was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the week. The yard is fenced in which our pup enjoyed! It is located in a beautiful community with great amenities - two pools, two small gyms, tennis and basketball court. It’s located just minutes from Rehoboth beach but also not a far drive to Dewey and Bethany Beaches. Vacasa was very responsive to any question we had throughout the week - much appreciated! Will definitely stay here again!

We were renovating our home so we needed a short term stay and boy did we get lucky! This house was perfect - super clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a fenced in yard for our dog. It is perfectly located in a lovely neighborhood just a short walk to the trails and Rehoboth. Perhaps the best ‘feature’ was the owners, Kathy and Scott. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and responsive. Do yourself a favor and book this home now!

This was our first time in Delaware and it did not disappoint. The house was just as advertised and in a great neighborhood. Matt, property manager, met us at check in and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The center of town and beach were a short 10 minute drive from the house. It was also our first time using VRBO and was nervous. Everything was perfect. The fenced in back yard was perfect for my daughter’s dog. Again, couldn’t have picked a better place to have an enjoyable vacation. Thank you so much for hosting us and hope to see you in the future.

This house was very spacious, extremely clean, and had plenty of yard space for our two happy-to-be-included-in-vacation dogs. We rode our bikes everywhere, so the garage was a welcome perk. We could ride in and leave all of our beach gear loaded on our bikes for the next day. The dogs loved the fenced yard. The kids loved being able to ride their bikes around the neighborhood. We are actually thinking about rebooking next year because this property checks all of the boxes from space and cleanliness to location and convenience.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to the beaches. We appreciated all the beach chairs and having everything on one level. We had a wonderful week and hope to book another stay!

I will hopefully be staying at this property for my Rehoboth vacations for years to come. The owners thought of absolutely every detail. Pictures and description on VRBO was very accurate

Stayed with my wife, sister, brother-in-law, nephews, and our dogs. The yard was great for pups to run around, the house had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out, and the location was great - close to Revelations Brewery, Tanger Outlets, beach, and much more. Communication with the host was quick and easy. They were super accommodating. Would definitely recommend / stay again next time we're in Rehoboth.
