We enjoyed our 5 week stay at this cozy little house. We were in the Grand Rapids area for work and it was a great location for us since it was only 15 minutes to our work site and also within minutes of the farmer's market, good restaurants and shopping. Since it was late in the year (Sept/Oct), we were not able to enjoy the back patio & yard, but we were able to see a little of the sunsets from the back sliding glass doors. This house is in a quiet neighborhood, however, the street is busy, especially during rush hours. We had plenty of parking for our two vehicles in the driveway. Although it was a small house, we had plenty of space for cooking & storing our food. I brought my own shelving for more storage in the bedroom for personal items. The landlord, Susan, was very helpful & responsive. She was graciously accommodating with extra storage space for our personal equipment. She was very easy to work with when we requested to extend our stay an additional week due to our work needs.
