2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. 105 Grand Pavilion is a newly remodeled four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in the Grand Pavilion community at Wild Dunes — right next to the Boardwalk Inn and within walking distance of the beach. The unit lives like new throughout, with the location doing the rest of the work: pool steps away, beach steps away, and a quiet community pace once you settle in.

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.
