Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     Our stay at this condo was truly unforgettable. Nestled in a peaceful, prime location, it offered the perfect retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and gathering around the fire pit each evening. The heated floors added a luxurious touch, making every moment feel cozy and inviting. Every piece of furniture was thoughtfully chosen for comfort, and the stylish décor created a welcoming atmosphere. Shuffleboard matches brought plenty of laughter and fun, while the breathtaking balcony views made every morning special. We are already counting down the days until we can return!

    We stayed at this location for a Mountain Baseball Tournament - so some things to consider if you find yourself in a similar position. These condos have elevators - super handy for gear and coolers. The location is spot on - right across the street from groceries and fishing (if you get any free time). And the condo itself is fully stocked with games, cookware and a private hot tub to soak in at night after games. We will definitely return!

    We come to Winter Park every year, sometimes twice a year, so we've stayed at at least a dozen different places, and this was our favorite. It was a perfect set up for our family, we appreciated all the games, loved the hot tub, and found the location pleasant and convenient. It was a quick drive to the resort, super easy access to the grocery store, and a short walk to one of our favorite local breweries. We hope to come back next year.

    The condo we stayed in was immaculately maintained. It was roomy with two bedrooms and a bunk room. There were four of us and we had plenty of room to spread out! I will try to book this same condo the next time we come to Winter Park!

    Property was fabulous. Very well stocked with all you could need and more. Comfortable and spacious for our family of 5! Girls loved the bunk room and older son enjoyed his own space. Well equipped laundry room with plenty of soap.. Soap and shampoo provided in showers was a plus as was plenty of kitchen dish soap. Enjoyed the games and family sitting area. Locker for ski storage was conveniently located. Was shocked to find the elevator as the property didn't specify - and this greatly helped with luggage. Hated to leave! Bus stop was conveniently located to get us to the mtn. We will be back!

    I can say this is one of the best rental experiences we've had. From the extensive and impressive list of items that come standard in the unit, to the communication and ease of rental, we just couldn't recommend the place more. The management group was so responsive and took care of the very minor issue we had immediately, and they obviously take really good care of their properties. The one we stayed in was so nice, had high-end appliances and kitchen tools, and didn't spare any expense throughout the condo. Comfortable beds, clean and cozy environment, excellent location. There's nothing negative we could even say. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

    This condo is awesome. It has everything you would need and more! It is walking distance to brewery and food truck. Down the street is a grocery store for grilling on the patio. It is minutes away from Winter Park Resort where we enjoyed down hill mountain biking. The hot tub was very welcomed at the end of the day. The 10 foot ceilings and open layout is nice. Everything is clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

    This place is amazing and has absolutely everything you would need. We didn't care for a lot of the local restaurants, so we ended up buying groceries and making most of our meals. The grill was amazing and the kitchen has everything you would/could ever need. Our kids had a blast and enjoyed the bunk beds, games galore, and hot tub! The location to Rocky Mountain National Park was perfect - only about a 30 min drive. I rated this 4 stars only because the hot tub was being fixed the day of, but they didn't fill it with water? I had to contact management and then someone came out the next day. We only were able to use it 2/5 days we were there. Also, the train that runs nearby can be extremely loud at night. Not something you can solution, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. (We would have cooled the placed down at night and closed the windows)

    We absolutely loved this condo. It was fully stocked with everything that we needed and more!! The view from not only the living room but also the hot tub was breathtaking. It was super easy to utilize the black line bus system to get to all of the Winter Park activities that we did. We will definitely be back.

    My family including 2 children thoroughly enjoyed the condo in Fraser, CO which was beautifully appointed, had comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen with all of the cooking utensils you would need to complete any meal. We especially loved the hot tub and deck overlooking the Rockies. We were walking distance to Vicious Cycle Brewing which also had food trucks. We were also a short across the street distance to Fraser River trail which I would highly recommend for walking, biking, or jogging which was flat and picturesque! We were about 0.5miles from Safeway, I would highly recommend this condo in the future :)
