Grand Lakefront Home in Hot Springs w/ Boat Dock!

This home was perfect for our annual girls’ getaway! We enjoyed the lovely lake views and all the amenities the home had to offer.

House was nice with a great living space and comfortable beds. Surprised one of the rooms shares the master bathroom and the back right bedroom has limited circulation but otherwise it was great and I would book it again if we were ever in Hot Springs!

The house was perfect! It was very clean and very well maintained. We had a great stay and loved the location! It was quiet and our kids loved the boat dock and the big back yard! The house is big and accommodated our group perfectly! We will definitely book for our next trip to Hot Springs!

Plenty of space. Beautiful views. Great location

The only negative was dryer lint trap was completely clogged and clothes would not dry. Also is safety hazard owned should advise cleaning crew to check after each use.Otherwise excellent stay. Thank You

Excellent accommodations. House layout was perfect for adult kids and grandkids. Beautiful views and large lot in a quiet area. Please note there is currently not a gas grill as described. Otherwise a great experience and would highly recommend.

My college girlfriends and I recently had a get-together at this amazing home on the lake! It was the perfect house for us since we have needs at this stage in life that we have not always needed to consider (we were in college together 50+ years ago so you do the math!). The house is one level, has a great view of the lake, plenty of bedrooms (5) and bathrooms (3), open floor concept, lots of parking availability in addition to a 2 car garage, close to grocery/shopping, accommodating outdoor seating areas, well equipped kitchen and REALLY comfortable beds. What else do you need?Matt, our contact person, was amazingly accommodating/communicative and answered all questions posthaste! We will definitely want to return to this home for our future get togethers!

Back porch overlooking the lake was great!

My family of 10 had a great time staying here for a week! All beds are extremely comfortable, all high-quality hybrid memory foam. We fished off the dock for fun and enjoyed the bbq and firepit for smores.

We loved staying in this home. There were places to hang out as a family and places to be by yourself if you wanted. The guys enjoyed fishing off the dock and seawall. Very close to town to get anything really and I highly recommend Fisherman's Wharf for eating seafood on the lake.

This is a great house for multiple families. There were twelve of us ( including two toddlers ) for the week and it never felt cramped or crowded. We brought our boat so the dock was super convenient. The back porch was great for letting the kids play. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, it was the perfect place to celebrate Easter with Grand babies! This property has everything you need for a great stay! Just show up and relax!

Been coming to Hot Springs for years. Best house we stayed in

All in all this house was perfect for our little reunion. It's the only time I've walked into a rental and thought wow, this space is actually BIGGER than the photos!. It was very clean, the host was responsive, the outside space was great. The one downside is that there's mostly hard surfaces - no carpets or curtains, so it was pretty echo-y and got pretty loud with the little kids we had in the house. But thankfully we were able to utilize the outside space to help offset that! We'd definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful time. The house was immaculate and located on beautiful Lake Hamilton with the convenience of a boat dock. We could not have asked for a more perfect setting. This was a once and a lifetime trip for us and a few of our closest friends. The house exceeded all of our expectations as did our host, Matt. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay. Booked house for family get together and it was plenty of room for us (family of 8 adults). Close to downtown Hot Springs. Wish we could’ve stayed longer
